With private parking, a stylish restaurant and fitness centre, Novotel Leeds offers spacious rooms. The hotel is situated in central Leeds, just 3 minutes' walk from Leeds Rail Station.

The bright bedrooms each have a 55" flat screen TV. All rooms have a seating area, work desk, Wi-Fi access and luxury bathrooms. Executive rooms also boast an iPod docking station.

Lovely, modern, spacious room. Had booked the hotel mainly for its location and parking, and it was a real bonus that the hotel itself was so lovely. We enjoyed a post-dinner drink in the bar, which had reasonable prices and a very pleasant staff member. The underground parking was absolutely brilliant, as we were doing a student house move and needed to leave a lot of things in the car overnight. The location, being right in the city, was perfect. All in all, a rather stressful weekend was made much more pleasant by our stay at the Novotel, which felt like an oasis of calm. I would definitely stay there again.

In the heart of Leeds, Crowne Plaza offers a luxurious spa, an indoor swimming pool and modern rooms, and Leeds’s bustling shopping area is just a 10-minute walk away.

With complimentary newspapers and stereo systems, all rooms at Crowne Plaza Leeds also feature air conditioning. Tea/coffee facilities, an in-room safe and hairdryers are also provided.

Enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Leeds. The reception staff in particular were friendly and professional; they had the ability to effortlessly establish the kind of rapport whereby it felt like I'd known them forever even though we just met. That is a rare quality that takes exceptional skill to effectuate. They also took delivery of an important package prior to my arrival and presented it to me on check-in, which I really appreciated. The rooms were quiet and clean and the beds comfortable - I slept soundly each night. Breakfast was always delicious and I also enjoyed using the gym and pool. Although not as close to the center of town as other hotels, it was only a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the major attractions and shopping areas. In fact, I felt the relative quietness and reduced traffic of the hotel's immediate surroundings was a positive.

Checkin was 3pm but we arrived at 12 and asked if it was possible to leave our bags. We were told our room had been upgraded and we could have our room straight away - awesome start to our 10year wedding anniversary - no we did not tell the hotel before or during our stay. Room was gorgeous. Very happy :-) when we checked out at 10am and was allowed to keep our bags at the hotel and collect before our train later on. Staff were so lovely. Can't wait to stay again. Thanks for making our stay special.

The room was absolutely gorgeous! The hotel itself was stunning and such luxury for a very reasonable price. The staff are super friendly too. Had some lovely cocktails at the bar downstairs too. The bed was super comfy, room so clean and bathroom fantastic too. Couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely be back.

We had told them it was our anniversary and they kindly put a card and chocolates in the room. They said they had upgraded us to a canal view room, however, this was a double bed and I had booked a King Size Bed so would have preferred to stay in the same room as I had booked for the bigger bed. Breakfast was very very good, amazing selection and was all very good quality. We also spend some time in the Rooftop Bar - atmosphere was lovely, drinks a little expensive but are quality cocktails so you get what you pay for.

Staff were lovely and friendly… they had an issue with their lift and we were in a suite on the 5th floor.. not ideal, but a lovely chap let us go up in the tradesperson lift due to my poorly knee. We were greeted in the room with a lovely anniversary cake which was a lovely touch. If we’d booked a two/three star hotel we’d have been happy.. but when you pay for an upgrade and expect a four star, it was a little disappointing. But the staff and location made up for the hotel.

Picked location as wanted to be in city centre. Staff were excellent on check in Oana and Jake were very welcoming and friendly , amade us feel relaxed and at ease after a long journey. Oana dealt with our check in and as we were early she booked us in and actually gave us an upgrade to a superior room which was lovely of her. Lovely room, lovely comfortable bed & pillows, great shower and large towels. There was not mini bar but tea and coffee facilities but no biscuits 🍪 nice to have an ice machine by the lifts too.

Great staff & facilities! I’d previously mentioned in an email it was mine and my boyfriends anniversary and they went above and beyond for us. Our room was upgraded and to celebrate they even provided 2 celebratory glasses of Prosecco which was very sweet! He loved it and it’s made a lasting impression.
