Our room was very homely with a sitting area and views over the garden. Large comfortable bed and immaculately clean bathroom. The pub was very welcoming and traditional - all the food & drink we had was good. Lots of choice at breakfast with great coffee. Well located in a quiet village but less than 3 miles from both Cromer and Sheringham. Very close to a couple of National Trust properties as well.

From start to finish, Jane and Neil were so welcoming and made you feel so at home! They got my room ready early for me and let me meet their beautiful dogs. The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the beach and the town including the light house which I loved! Breakfast was lovely and it was like home from home.

Even had that not have happened I get the impression that we'd have been delighted. The proprietors are clearly working hard to satisfy their clients, and Sheringham is a lovely seaside town to visit. The next time we return we'd definitely look to come back here first.

The cookies were a lovely touch and the owner was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. He recommended The Suffield Arms for dinner which did not disappoint! Highly recommend, we got the train from Sheringham to Gunton and back so we could enjoy cocktails. The perfect stay.

The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate. My parents' room was really lovely and larger than mine and they were very happy with it. The continental breakfast catered to every taste. The price was very reasonable and the location was good - with a small shop, a lovely restaurant and Tesco all within easy reach.
