Staff super friendly and nice :) able to use pool facilities after checking out as we waited to move on from the property. Found the property very clean, bed was comfy too and our room had a nice balcony with a little sofa seat. The property can also help with bike rental and organisation of tours/trips. I would recommend here. The location is down a small alleyway where cars cannot come down however it is nestled away from the road and business of Ubud which we liked. We preferred staying a little out of the business. Good value for money for sure!
