The Hotel is pristine clean, brand new, swimming pools are great and well kept. Location is ideal as Populonia and Baratti pinewoods and beaches are in a short drive distance. Staff is very helpful, very nice and yes- it counts- smiling and friendly all the time.

The Breakfast-Buffet is excellent, all with products from the local farmers. The nearby Osteria's provide excellent Tuscany-Specialities and going down to the village of San Vicenzo, only takes you 10 Minutes by car at maximum.

Even though we went off-season, we were pleased and hope to visit in a better season. We thank the employee who upgraded our room. Even though it is off season, there is a nice and satisfying breakfast. There is a closed parking lot with easy entrance and exit, and an indoor pool and jacuzzi that can be accessed at any time you want.

The staff were lovely. The breakfast area is really nice. The indoor pool was great. I would definitely stay here in the mud season to enjoy San Vincenzo, take beach walks, eat good seafood, and enjoy the hotel's pool and Jacuzzi. So great!

They have jacuzzi perfect for relaxation and internall pool which is perfect for kids. They have private parking space.
