The best hotel ever, This place and the service was excellent. The service exceeded all our expectation, The manager was always there , hands on and helpful, excellent service .

very nice and comfortable place. we had a family room and it was just as advertised. pretty clean, and the staff were friendly. didn't get a chance to use the pool as it was a pretty chilly day but looked pretty good and just as expected in the photos. good security and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. didn't get a chance to use the restaurant/ food facilities, but it's pretty close to some shopping centres by car so decided to eat out locally

I booked consecutive Christmas holidays. I stayed with both my 11 and 5 year old kids for 7 days in 2022 and 2023. We all loved it. It's very clean and peaceful . The staff is very friendly, constantly check on you to make you feel at home.

The warm friendly welcome. The staff are always friendly, smiling and so helpful. The beds were super comfy and the I love that the bathroom is so big and has a built in heater.

The room was awesome and really comfortable.The furnishings are lavish for the price.We had Dinner and the menu had changed since our last stay because of Covid19.We were a little disappointed with the change , but we were both really impressed when the meal arrived as it exceeded expectations.The waitress was also very pleasant and went the extra mile for everything. Well worth dinning in, as we had arrived exhausted and didn't feel like looking around for another restaurant.

Friendly staff at reception. Nice quiet room(s) with sliding door opening onto a small veranda and garden at the back of the property. Room was nice, nice beds, furniture and bathroom.
