The rooms are newly built with modern furnishing andcome with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Each room includes a private bathroom equipped with a bath or shower. All floors are easily accessible via a lift. Reception very friendly and our check in was easy with the aid of her ability to speak English. Property was very, very clean and quiet. Room comfortable and spacious and with balcony. Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, cheeses, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, and more. Great restaurant across the street.

Room more than adequate .Easy check in and staff went out of our way to help us with storage of our drink in their fridge.

This pet and children friendly property offers ski storage and is surrounded by a deer park. Very nice spacious appertment. Not new, but very comfortable and well equipped.

In a quiet location a 15-minute walk from Spittal’s centre, Hotel Simeter offers an infrared cabin, a sauna, and a restaurant serving Austrian and international cuisine. The Goldeck Ski Area and Lake Millstatt are 2 km away. If you want a place away from the city busy streets, in the middle of the nature, somewhere where you can relax, then this is it. Absolutely gorgeous location with amazing views. Especially from the corner rooms, and those with balconies it is amazing. All in all a memorable experience and I would go back there in a second.

Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant with a garden, which offers products from the owner's farm. Everything was great, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Recomendation!
