We were there for two nights with our kids. Great location for seekers of nature and quiet, 30 minutes drive from Barcelona. Exceptional scenery of the green mountains. Lovely terrace to have a meal and take in the beauty of nature. The Tordera river is right across the road and the kids loved to see it. A short drive from there you can reach a small town on the sea Arenys de Mar. The staff was very friendly especially Lydia who was very warm and welcoming.

Built in 1620, the Can Barrina has been beautifully restored while retaining its rural charm in the stone walls, open fireplace and rustic decor. Lovely place - great location and staff was wonderful.
