In the evening, the bar offers cocktails and a speciality drinks menu. The feel of an old house and the interior wasmagnificent artsy and very creative. The location was really good. And the staff of the hotel were super friendly!

Warm, contemporary and attractive, Chestnut House is run by your hosts, Toni and Dawn, who pride themselves on offering superb hospitality in a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. With just 5 rooms, you can be sure of a friendly, personal service and a warm welcome. Fantastic place, quiet and close to the centre of town. Wonderful breakfast (and coffee) and the host took care of us and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in Bath.

The view from every room impeccable! staff where so helpful. Chef makes the best poached eggs which of course breakfast included. They stock you well. Garden in back, open kitchen for your use. Very romantic!

This is a beautiful country pub, the accommodation has been very tastefully decorated and has all the facilities you need. The food in the restaurant was great.

Situated 25 minutes drive from the historic cities of Bath and Bristol, surrounded by quaint villages and stunning countryside, The Old Parsonage is a Grade II* listed 17th-century house, which retains many original features such as period fireplaces and a 17th-century staircase. We were served our menu breakfasts each morning with very enthusiastic friendly cheerful service and informative conversation and something to take with us for our daily travels, the available selections were generous too. We like how the owners have restored this very old historic dwelling into such an amazing inviting guest house.

Whidlecombe Farm offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi, free private parking, and continental breakfast served to the room. Breakfast was plentiful! And the host was very helpful, she also kindly provided my wife and I a batch of cooking apples to take home with us.
