This country house features an outdoor swimming pool and is located a 5-minute drive from Tavira. Casa Branca is a 15-minute drive from the harbour connecting with Tavira Island and the beach. Free WiFi access is available. Breakfast was very good continental style. Lovely fresh hams, eggs, cheeses and breads, especially homemade jams. Great attention paid to gluten free guests. The owner and every member of staff were exceptional in terms of the personalised service that they offered us.

Located between Vilamoura and Albufeira and overlooking Falésia Beach, EPIC SANA Algarve Hotel offers luxury accommodations set in a landscaped pinewood with direct access to the beach, an extensive spa, an indoor pool and five outdoor swimming pools. Beautiful hotel, very clean and well managed. The rooms were bright, spacious and airy with everything you need, all well thought out. The breakfast was very good with a good selection and served until 11 which means there’s no rush. Everything made us feel calm , relaxed and well looked after, especially the staff who were so attentive. The beach was stunning although you do have to walk a down a lot of steps to get to it. We went outside to the little shopping area just from the hotel and ate there a couple of times which was a lot cheaper and really nice too, if you were looking for something different.

Just 100 metres from Alvor’s beach, Wyndham Residences Alvor Beach offers air-conditioned rooms and studios with a kitchenette all with a furnished balcony. It features an outdoor pool with a terrace.

The rooms and studios have a modern décor with natural colours and wooden furniture. All accomodation have satellite TV. Kitchenettes include a dishwasher, cutlery and a microwave. Even though the GPS didn’t take us directly to the location of the hotel, it was good to spot the hotel’s name on top of the building from afar. 

Amid extensive landscaped gardens and manmade ponds, the 5-star Vale da Lapa Village Resort offers luxurious villas with free WiFi. It boasts an on-site 9-hole putting green and, outdoor pools and a Spa. Amazingly comfortable stay on this resort with homes! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The villa was clean, and well appointed. Came with everything for a great stay. They even offered a voucher for days cleaning was skipped. The amenities were as promised. We requested a baby cot and it was great with good bedding.

Each of the units is comfortably furnished and uniquely decorated. All come with satellite TV, safe, wardrobe, minibar, private bathroom and air conditioning. The private patio offers an ideal spot for relaxing in the shade with a tea or coffee. The design and atmosphere of these villas is amazing - takes you to a different world! We were very happy with our room and the view. The room was spacious, had air-conditioning, coffee machine, water, mini fridge, toiletries, etc. Breakfast was absolutely perfect - creative, tasty, had some healthier options too, slightly different every day. And the desserts were always a hit - I've never been to a hotel where cakes are so good! They also had plant based milk for coffee which was thoughtful. Breakfast location as well is soo relaxing and comfortable, was always difficult to leave 😌

Overlooking the palm tree-lined marina, this hotel offers a heated rooftop pool (from 1st October - 30th April) and air-conditioned rooms with a furnished balcony. Guests can relax on the spacious sun terrace. The service was great. We lost a shirt and a bottle of water. Later we walked into the restroom after checkout and they returned both to us! The rooms were nice with a small balcony. The bathroom had an amazing tub and a towel warmer.
