Every morning the Mar Hotel serves a buffet breakfast. Guests can relax in the sauna or plunge in the hot tub, or even work out in the gym. Everything was perfect, the Staff was very friendly and nice. Nice view on our balcony especially the sunrise. Big room, clean and good breakfast. Thank you!

Hotel Arcanjo is housed in a 19th century building that combines traditional and modern design. It is ideally situated 50 metres away from the beachfront, south of the São Miguel Island.

Hotel Arcanjo offers comfortably furnished rooms with views of the ocean and surrounding area. Decent breakfast, comfortable, quiet, very friendly staff and good vibes. We will definetely book this hotel again if we return back to Sao Miguel. Thanks for everything!

Accommodation may feature views of the city, the bay or the ocean. Very kind to the kids, very nice swimming pool area, we had sea view even if had a side street room, very very friendly staff

Located in a valley surrounded by trees, Terra Nostra Garden offers elegantly decorated rooms. Next to the Terra Nostra Botanical Park, it features indoor and outdoor pools. Free parking is available, upon request. Magical place in an absolutely stunning location. To be sitting in a thermal hot pool surrounded by 19th century gardens full of exotic and rare and local plants, with nothing but the sounds of the birds around…..simply divine. Highly recommend staying here so you can enjoy the pools early in the morning or late in the evening when it’s closed to the public. That is the best time to enjoy the pools. The breakfast was to die for…..huge portions and very assorted selections of everything. Worth every dollar. I will return!!

Laura was a complete star, helping us secure transportation to and from the airport, as well as, helping coordinate a full day tour!
