The beach is around 800 metres from the guest house. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Love the room just wish we had more chance to use the patio (couldn’t this time because of the weather). Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The spa at the Troia Design spans 1200 square metres and offers over 70 different relaxation treatments. There is also an outdoor infinity pool as well as a children’s pool. I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was a really great choice! The staff was very friendly, I had a room with a beautiful view and it was clean and spacious. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good and the breakfast in the morning was varied and delicious. I also liked the free underground parking and free admission to the spa. Many hotels usually charge extra fee for these two options, but here no, it's nice. I will definitely be staying here again!

Boasting a balcony with garden views, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Casa dos Cactos can be found in Vila Nova de Milfontes, close to Franquia Beach and 1.8 km from Lighthouse Beach. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation offers a patio. All rooms include a terrace with pool views and free WiFi. Casa do Cactus was beautiful, hosts were very friendly and helpful as well as discreet. The garden is lovely, with turtles wandering around. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with all needed facilities. Although the bed was a little small it was a very comfortable and friendly stay.

Historic area, with all services around. it’s a beautifully decorated attic room accessed via an exterior spiral staircase. A lovely welcome from Joanna, including tea and pastries. Comfortable bed and amazing shower. The restaurant downstairs is owned by the same family and is excellent.
