The elegantly furnished rooms offer views of the reserve and come with en-suite bathroom. The suites have a lounge area. Lovely setting. Rooms were spacious.

Each luxury chalet has an open plan lounge with a fireplace, a fan and a private balcony. It comes equipped with a minibar and the private bathroom has a bath that overlooks the plains.

Trained and experienced field guides take guests out into the reserve in an open 4x4 vehicle twice a day including morning coffee and muffins and sundowner stops. A small library is available for those who would like to relax with a book. We had the most amazing time. The view and accommodations are breathtaking. Our wonderful guide had some much knowledge; we were out on dive for hours and loved every minute of it, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the most wonderful stay.

Guests can relax by the main swimming pool or enjoy a meal from the Acacia Terrace Café. The nearby Splash Kingdom Water Park offers entertainment for the family and there is also a children's playground on site. Well, we had a great moment at the Kingdom. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The main thing is that the Pilanesberg reserve it's just at the corner so the Big 5 is a must to do. The restaurant was good also and staff are great. My daughter had her birthday during our holiday, so the restaurant manager did a great job with decoration (you need to pay). Very recommended for a family treat.
