A very nice room with kind staff. The room was clean and big, and we loved the personal touch for our honeymoon. Being able to use the pantry was lovely! It was filled with all sorts of snacks. The location was very close to the centre of York, a short walk to the Minster. The breakfast was superb as well!

Hartoft St is an absolute gem of a place. Our group consisted of two adults and two kids and it was the perfect base for our trip to York. The location is ideal - 30 seconds walk to the river and a 15 minute walk into the heart of York along the river or by the main roads. Parking is available outside and we had no problem finding a space. The property itself has everything you need and we found it to be a truly welcoming and comfortable setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Rooms were spacious, modern & had everything we needed. Great social space to catch up instead of separate hotel rooms. York minster can be seen from the balcony & it’s lit up in the evenings which was lovely! Great there was secure parking, there’s a lift from car park to 3rd floor.
