The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. From the welcome I received from reception and the bell boy (that's what he called himself) to the chocolates left on my bed every evening, I thought the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and I didn't tell them and they surprised me with a bottle of cava and cake. I loved my room. it was so quiet and peaceful. It was like an oasis. I was there off peak so I don't know what my experience would be like at peak times. The floral smells from the gardens were amazing. Everywhere someone was cleaning and working. Breakfast was amazing. The choice superb. One of the reviews I read before staying here said the evening meals were limited so I didn't choose half board. However, I did use the restaurant one evening and OMG! the quality of food was amazing. The price brilliant. I ate stuff I'd never tried before. I understood what the review meant in that it's not the typical functional spread with everything laid out. There's lots of stuff laid out but you get to choose the starter and the main in addition to this from about 3 different choices a day from a menu which is then made to order and then brought to you. I loved it. My steak was divine. But I like food that's been prepared with extra detail and flair and is an experience to eat over functional style self-service eating. And you can eat those dishes how many times you want. If you're looking for Indian or Chinese takeaway type food and burgers and chips and tapas etc there are plenty of those places at Playa del Carmen which is 35 min walk away. I went and ate at a lavish looking restaurant on the strip that a friend recommended and paid double for okay food. I actually regretted leaving the hotel! If you're looking for a secluded stay where you're treated like royalty and fine dining come here. I was given five star treatment at a five star boutique hotel.

There are many sitting spots where you can eat, read a book, or simply relax by the pool.

Everything was spotless, from the floors to the countertops to the bathroom. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining their property, and it made for a very pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the super comfortable pillows. I'm a bit of a pillow snob, so I was thrilled to find that the pillows provided were just the right balance of softness and support. I slept like a baby every night, and it made my stay that much more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a bright, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. !

Appartment was clean and furniture was new and sufficient large for 2 persons. On the roof you can sit in the sun and have a view over the city

Some units at the property feature a balcony with a city view. We loved everything about this hotel! It is not only beautifully decorated, but the rooms are very comfortable and furnished with everything you could need. It is clear much attention is given to the guests needs including sound isolation from the traffic of an adjacent street. A fabulous 4-course breakfast every morning was just a delightful start to our day. None of this is surprising when you meet the Owner, Oscar, who was incredibly helpful and a just a wonderful host in every way. In addition, the hotel’s location in the center of historical Teguise was a perfect location to enjoy the charming ambiance of this lovely town, filled with plenty of shops and restaurants. Although it is a busy town, parking was surprisingly easy as well and it’s central location on the island also made every point of interest easily accessible. Of course, we always had Oscar’s help, which made this the absolutely perfect stay.
