the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was very good and the hotel amenities were great. The dinner was delicious and a whole experience we really love it. The Onsen was great and the view to mt Fuji was beautiful. I fully recommend it.

The hotel staff were warm and friendly. For family of 4, it is very good. Our only regret is that we wished we could have stayed another night but they were fully booked up. They gave us free tea cups as souvenirs and Mount Fuji pics when we checked out. this little gesture was sweet and memorable. From our room, we could sit and admire Mount Fuji view.

Best Hotel in Lake Kawaguchiko (probably whole Japan). The breakfast was so clean and fresh. In room onsen was so good after walking around the lake and before the check-out to refresh you.

The owners were incredible and very welcoming, I had great chats with Yoshi throughout my stay and he was gracious enough to give me a ride to the main bus station on my check out day which was a great help! The private hot spring in the bathroom was amazing and the dinner and breakfast were both delicious, the food was incredible! The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel is also fantastic!

Ichifujiso was a perfect stay at Lake Kawaguchiko. The hosts were the loveliest people, so welcoming and accommodating. They offered us everything we could ever need and even left hot water outside our room for tea when we returned home and prepared the onsen bath for us. The facilities were clean, traditional Japanese style rooms were an incredible experience. The location was a short walk from town and pretty much on the lake. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Mt Fuji.

This is a traditional Japanese inn (ryokan), which means traditional-style rooms with sliding doors, tatami mats, and futon bedding; a (nude) bathhouse within the hotel facilities; and in our case, a full traditional dinner and breakfast. This is the iconic ryokan experience! I would certainly recommend Ururun Kawaguchiko to anyone else travelling to Japan, and if you can't make it here I would strongly recommend trying to find and stay in a ryokan somewhere else for at least one night.
