Staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They were available to answer our questions and provided a wonderful breakfast for us. We had our luggage shipped from Tokyo with Yamato transport and the staff gladly accepted this and had it waiting in our room when we arrived. The onsen was an absolute delight. Very friendly staff, especially a lovely kind old lady, she even helped me to carry my heavy luggage to the second floor! The location of the hotel is just in front of the sea. The famous Futami Okitama shrine is about less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The Japanese inn is rather old and has authentic ryokan style. The room is very clean.
