We did have some trouble finding the hotel as the address on booking.com mapped to a street a few blocks away. Look for the tall white building with the words ‘Bay Hotel’ on the top.

And I would rate this hotel a 100 out of 10 if I can, the high rating is truly deserved. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the futon is comfortable. The location is great, there are many food places nearby, the beach is just a few minutes walk away (you can even see it from your room depending on where you are placed), and the bus stop which will take you to the station or most places around Shirahama is very near.
