There are 3x foot Onsen by 10 min walk distance max. Tons of food choices and one-day trip options. The rooms have the usual Japanese hotel sizes, the breakfast costs 900¥ but we didn’t like it so much (you get what you pay for), so we went outside for breakfast most days. Check in was a breeze (the staff were patient with my lack of Japanese and communicated capably in English) and the room was modern and spotlessly clean. My partner and I enjoyed the private onsen room (¥3500/hr in Mar 2024). Breakfast in the hotel’s adjoining restaurant was delicious with a generous and varied buffet spread.
