The food was splendid, the service is polite and staff treats you with care. The experience felt elevated as compared to other ryokans I was staying.

Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lobby. staff are very helpful, location is perfect and the room was a nice balance between Japanese and western. Loved the outdoor Onsen!

It would be helpful for some type of translation on what the food is and how to eat in a prepared written form in English. Service was great. Breakfast had quite a good selection. Location is definitely a great plus, only 3-5 minutes on foot from the train station.
