I must confess that I have never been in a hotel before with such a personal, detailed, friendly and careful attendance. Valentina is such an amazing person who made our stay in Brindisi unforgettable. The hotel is perfect, right at the port which is very convenient if you take the ferry and close to the city too. Thank you Valentina! Very good job done! Grazie!

Brindisi is a lovely small town, full of charm and beautiful views. You pretty much can cover everything in one day, leaving the remaining days for day trips to nearby locations. The only issue is that if you are not driving, you are not going to be able to fully experience all that this town has to offer. We personally took the train to Lecce, Gallipoli, Bari and Polignano a Mare. Food is excellent literally in EVERY PLACE. Totally recommend.

Brindisi is a small town in the region with an airport...
Brindisi is a small town in the region with an airport served by the low cost airlines. You can choose this place if you want a quiet get away where you can just chill. The town itself is a half day visit max, if you are into sight seeing. Having said that, since the town has an airport and a train station, this could be your hub from where you can visit the other interesting places of the region. the Train Italia's website and the ticket vending machine will give you the mode of transport (both bus and train) and timing if you punch in the destination. Bus services to other towns are mostly once in 30 or 60 mins. So start early and finish early. Lecce, Alborobello, Locorotondo are doable. If you want to visit other places, I would suggest start early. People are friendly here.

Brindisi centre is 13 minutes drive from the Airport. We enjoyed our short stay there before exploring Puglia. We decided to return to the City on our last day as we loved the restaurants along the port, particularly Betty’s

A relatively quiet port town, more popular with Italian tourists than foreigners. Great for an authentic Italian holiday experience- not too fancy but with a pretty promenade and a good choice of restaurants and shops. Good train connection with some attractions of the area, but not all of them (there are different railway companies in this area and some more distant journeys need good planning). Be sure to use the water tram to cross the harbour- it costs one bus ticket and it's very pleasant:)

Brindisi is nice place but I felt more a stop off place on the way to alternative locations. We travelled to Monopoli and Alberobella by train and both were amazing . Also took a train to Lecce which is nice too but we arrived when most shops/restaurants were closed for siesta so hard to really give a true picture. We were slightly disappointed with the food generally.. plenty of pizzerias but found it hard to get spaghetti bolognaise or Lasagna on any menu.

Wandering through Brindisi’s narrow streets filled with...
Wandering through Brindisi’s narrow streets filled with quaint houses and Baroque buildings is like stepping back in time. The town's stunning architecture is a blend of different influences, reflecting its rich cultural heritage. Visit the Cathedral of Brindisi, with its beautiful blend of Romanesque and Gothic styles, or admire the majestic Palazzo Granafei-Nervegna, a noble residence turned contemporary art museum. The Column of St. Lawrence is another architectural gem, standing tall since the Roman times. Brindisi’s location along the blue waters of the Adriatic Sea grants it access to breathtaking beaches and a picturesque coastline. We selected the Hemingway Beach.
This accomodation was great and the owner is a very nice man. Is seems to be a weekend house of his family, offered in the season for the tourists. So, you will find there all you need, for example in the kitchen. The house is large, the village seems to be very safe place, even for small children out of your sight. The beaches are nearby, both the organised and natrual types. If you walk to the beach, you can see some mess, but the beach itself is clean (and we have seen that is being cleaned) and the sea is clean as well.
We had a short but very nice stay. The accommodation is small but very lovingly furnished, and the outdoor area including the pool is all the bigger for it. We travelled through Italy and stayed in many different accommodations. Roger is probably the best host we have had so far. He does his job with a lot of passion and heart. We felt very comfortable. There is a bus stop nearby, but Roger gave us a lift, so we didn't need it. In the morning we also found breakfast in front of our bungalow and were very happy.
Luigi was a wonderful host. He provided us with clear directions in advance and greeted us warmly on our arrival. He answered any queries and even came around with beach towels when we enquired about going to the beach. The room was exceptionally clean, electric shutters on the windows so nice and dark for night time. Highly recommend Semeraro Antonia, Piazza Mercato for a delicious steak, booking advisable. Fantastic location, close to EVERYTHING !
Marco was one of the best hosts I've met on Booking so far. Anything we asked for, he replied and solved promptly. He also gave us amazing suggestions for restaurants. The apartment was clean and we even had an additional cleaning service during our stay, which was great! The location was perfect to explore Brindisi and the surroundings, by being located close to the train station and the beautiful promenade along the water.
The apartment was great, very high ceilings which makes it feel nice and big. No need for a car, we took the bus from and to the airport and the train station is less than a ten minute walk to go to Lecce or to the beach. The owner was very nice and available by message the whole stay. Some little snacks from breakfast were made available and some milk and juice in the fridge too. Overall great stay !
There is little in terms of choice in Brindisi. This hotel has two elements, the hotel itself and an annex which contains suites. We stayed in the latter which is some 100 mtrs from the main building. The room was large and clean but the hotel is pretty soul-less although the staff are very friendly and do their best. The breakfast is adequate.
We stayed at Binario 18 after a long ferry ride to Brindisi and we had an early trainride the next day. Perfect location if you need a place that is close to the trainstation. The room is huge, even bigger than it lookes on the pictures. It has everything you need and it was very clean. The host was also super nice and responding very fast.
The location was super convenient, as I arrived very late into Brindisi airport. Although I didn’t have breakfast, there was lovely tea and coffee in my room, along with snacks. The staff member, Anna, was very helpful. The owner Stefania went out of her way to accommodate my late arrival. I highly recommend Villa Anna!
The owner was helpful with suggestions on activities, resteraunts, bike rental etc. The whole place is beautiful and clean. The breakfast wasn't so diverse but they did give me delicious fruit which was really nice of them.
Its in a great location, near airport, train station and very central
This place is perfect if you just need a place to sleep while you travel around. It's 20-30min walk from city center and beach, but there's also available a bus that goes on regular schedule. Everything was clean and Mrs Susanna is very accommodating and available in case you need anything :)
Friendly, helpful staff person gave me a free room upgrade to start off. Parking in a structure nearby was easy and affordable. Location was perfect for getting around downtown area. And Brindisi itself was a real discovery. Lovely limestone pavement almost everywhere!
a very nice place and i must say i was very satisfied and close to the airport close to the beaches you can go walking and also good value for money a nice breakfast bone car all very modern and elegant nice really nice
The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station.
The hotel itself is very clean and smells really nice, whatever scent they use I want it for my house.
The flat is very close to the train station and also close to the beach. The owner was very nice, the room was clean, and we got a good breakfast with different options.
The place was large and spacious. The owners went above and beyond and were very helpful. If I find myself in Brindisi again I would definitely stay here
