Why can’t we rate a 11 on 10 on Booking 😀
This location is literally heaven on earth in all its aspects.
If you look for a silent, quietful B&B that is fully integrated in a magnificent nature, then that is the place to be. Both hosts are very hospatile and provide you an excellent breakfast with local products. We slept in a trullo, the traditional old houses of the region.
We can continue with info/arguments why you definitely should stay here

Beautifully decorated rooms/trulli in a quiet, peaceful setting. The rooms have high quality beds and pillows, so we slept very well. Everything you need is available: (pool)towels, soap, water and coffee, a personal fridge...
If you like to cook dinner, there is a well equiped outdoor kitchen available under the patio.
Take a walk in the beautiful garden, full of scented citrus trees and flowers. Tucked away under old olive trees, you'll find the large and refreshing swimming pool. For me, the furry friends (two dogs and cats) made the stay complete. If you're not an animal lover, don't worry. They are well behaved and they won't approach you if you don't want that.
Maria Luisa and her lovely friend serve a delicious breakfast in the garden. They spoil you with freshly picked local fruit, pastries and bread from the market, excellent cheese and charcuterie, all locally produced. Their olive oil is a delicacy on it's own (you can buy it there if you want, and some locally produced wines as well). You can taste that the best secret ingredient is love :-).
Unfortunately, we had a flat tire on the first day of our stay. Not very handy if you don't speak Italian well..But Maria Luisa and her team helped us immediately to get back on the road in a heartbeat.
Also, she gave us great tips to explore the broad area of Puglia.
Don't hesitate to book your stay here. You won't be dissapointed as this is the best an agriturismo stay can get.
Ci vediamo! Grazie per tutti!

Home Virginia is a minute's walk from the old town. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it is safe and at night it was very quiet. The appartment is very nice and very clean. The beds are excellent, we had a very good sleep. We had missed our flight so we only arrived the day after our reservation, but Stefano was very flexible and understanding and we were able to reschedule our reservation to the next day. Stefano received us very warmly and gave a very good restaurant tip. He was always available during our stay for questions and tips. I highly recommend this accommodation!
It a hidden gem close to Monopoli center. The enclosed courtyard that you walk through to get to the guest house is quite impressive as there are fruit trees and flowering plants that create a majestic feeling. The room was quite large and not updated giving it the old Italian feeling. The owners themselves reside on the property in the main building. The breakfast was very good as the owner cooked and served your eggs and coffee each morning. It is a working farm with horses, donkey and cows nestled among olive groves. and vineyards. The location itself is good as it is only a short distance to visit other Puglia towns such as Alberobella, Locorontondo, etc.

Countryside between Ceglie/Martina Franca/Locorotondo/...
Countryside between Ceglie/Martina Franca/Locorotondo/Cisternino is very romantic and full of beauty of trullli. There are many places to discover, great food everywhere and not so many tourists. Excellent choice for curious travellers who does not like fight with crowds. Highly reccomended area for discovering Puglia.

It was difficult to find the property even using Google maps which sent us around in circles. It got dark and then we were in real trouble. Luckily the lady looking after the villa was in constant touch with us and was able to come and find us. It was quite stressful.

Very interesting historic centre, great food, we ate at six different restaurants during our visit and none of them disappointed.
If you struggle with mobility, this is not the place for you. Very hilly and pavements if they exist at all, are rough and stepped.
If you use the bus, make sure to get your ticket in advance, either online or in tobacconist shop. You cannot pay on the bus.

A lovely town, not too busy but still lively and easy to spend lots of time in. Plenty of delicious eating options, cafes, things to see and friendly people. Try and catch a festival if you can, especially the food festival in September.

The host is incredibly nice and welcoming. If you speak a little bit of Italian, it will be a pleasure having morning conversations with him. Otherwise, you are all alone on a beautiful property. Note that insects and lizards are all around, but this is the beauty of nature. The beds were good, you are close to the see and in the middle between Bari and Lecce. Excellent "base camp" to explore Puglia. Don't miss Ceglie Messapica with its beautiful true Italian vibe and fantastic food.
Exceptional in every way. Tasteful interiors blending original features ( eg . stone walls & ceiling) with modern amenities on 3 levels. Great bed, bathroom and lots of little extras. We were only there for one night unfortunately so we didn’t use the kitchen or outdoor spaces. Anthony provided clear instructions and great suggestions for dining. Ceglie Messapica is a wonderful place!
All the food was phenomenal! Marina is an amazing chef and she and Domenico are charismatic hosts! The breakfasts were sumptuous, fresh, with local items; she also cooked a full dinner for us on two of the evenings. They were the best meals we had during our 2 week stay in Italy, which is a very high bar considering Italy is the culinary center of the world. Highly, highly recommend!
Location close to the Ceglie Messapica town yet outside and closer to the village area; stone house/villa divided into two flats with only one potential neighbors; enough space for a family, parking place & closed premise (remote to the gate), garden with trees.
The Host/Angelo is very kind and helpful (even at late night) should there be any issues or advise needed.
Antonio and Giulia are wonderful host, who make you feel at home. This made our stay so much more special than we imagined. The pool and garden are just beautiful, the location of Casa 34 is great. We love Ceglie Messapica, but it’s an easy (and beautiful) drive to places like Monopoli, Martina Franca, Alberobello and Locorotondo. We will be back!
Nicoletta was super available, as we didn't wait for her to give us the key upon our arrival. She was also heplful in what to see, and especially what to eat! The Casa in Pietra is small, but very comfy, well arranged and super cute. It was nice to stay in a authentic house, and Ceglie Messapica is a very nice little town!
Marie Luisa was truly the best host possible in Italy. Her sense of hospitality is beyond amazing. We enjoyed everything (the pool, the small details and gifts in the room, the recommandations for nearby restaurants, the confortable rooms, the delicious breakfast, ...). It was a perfect stay !
Excellent situation and very welcoming hosts. Alex is always around to help out, give useful tips, keep an eye wherever needed. Excellent breakfast with mostly local products. Masseria is very close to the wonderful (and not yet overcrowded) city of Ceglie Messapica.
Everything was perfect. From the staff to the pool to the cozy trulli and all the lovely dogs. It was like being in tropic asia and if we come to south italy again this will be the first place to visit. Thank you very much for giving my family some fantastic days.
This is such a beautiful spacious and elegant property. Our party of five adults all agreed we could live here forever. It’s close to all of the fairytale towns you want to visit but don’t skip the local town—Ceglie Messapica is a beautiful place.
This is an absolute gem of a small hotel. The rooms are unique and beautiful and the staff friendly and professional. It has a fantastic location in town so you can easily walk around - hands down my favourite place to stay in Ceglie Messapica.
Beautiful space with comfortable rooms, a lovely pool and a great breakfast. The hosts were very kind and gracious. Nicely located just outside our favorite town in this area, Ceglie Messapica, quick drive or 15 minute walk. Highly recommended!
We loved the hostess, they were super nice and kind, with a very interesting project that we loved. It was a nice stay, close to Ceglie Messapica, in a very relaxing environment.
Really nice breakfast, made with local product.
Great apartment to stay and explore ceglie messapica and wider area. Host was easy to contact and check in was easy. Great facilities, well equipped and clean. It was very nice to arrive to some local wine and snacks!
Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Ceglie Messapica. Tons of restaurants and stores within a 5 minute walk, tasteful decor and very clean. Owner was very responsive to any questions.
A great base to explore Ceglie Messapica. Everything you need to be comfy is here. Go out and eat way too much food, then come home to relax in the tub with some wine. We loved it here.
