The place is clean, large and the owner/staff are friendly. Coquette family owned & manged villa. Our room was large and clean, with plenty of amenities. Designed to take you back in time, at least 30 years. Location is great, quiet and really close to the citadel, with a gas station across the street. Parking was free, private and secure.

Deva was a nice city to visit. The attractions I enjoyed most were Giardini di Zoe (very scenic garden), the city centre, the Corvins' Castle in Hundeoara, Sarmizegetusa Ulpia Traiana, the "Prislop" monastery and last but not least, Germisara, where we discovered the roman thermal baths and saw the "Clocota" waterfall.
The best restaurant I got to eat at in Deva was Bord 13.

Deva, it's a lovely town (about 60,000 people) very important for the locals and you can see the locals in their ordinary life. Not much to see; lovely restaurants, a nice small fortress, and friendly people.

Deva bears special significance worldwide, to members of the Unitarian-Universalist Church, as its castle dungeon was the scene of our founder, Francis David's imprisonment and death. Freedom of religion, an idea first proclaimed in Europe at the Diet of Torda in 1568, is associated with his name. His life's work is revered throughout the world. So it was most disappointing that references to his legacy have been removed in today's Deva Castle. The multilingual guide posts convey a generic non-story, totally lacking substance. A visitor is left puzzled whether this occurred by ignorance or by design.

Deva is a beautiful city.
Deva is a beautiful city. We got to see the Deva Airshow which was the highpeak of our stay. It's really easy to get to the citadel by foot from the center town. We didn't stay for a long time so we didn't get to do much but we recommend to visit the citadel at night and the aerodrome.

I like very much Deva and it's surroundings.
I like very much Deva and it's surroundings. Very much too see and visit: the fortress and Giardini di Zoe in Banpotoc are a must do!
Very clean and pleasant town, nice city center with great terraces like The Refresh! Have a fresh there, it's nice!
I also recommand Hanu lui Mos Opinca for a great meal and view over the fortress and the city.
The location is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance (approx. 25 minutes) of shopping centers, malls, downtown, etc.
The Deva Citadel is literally within walking distance.
The Vila is lovely, modern, and has good parking access. Lots of little technological implementation - such as the electronic door keys, and automatic hallway lighting. The bathroom is a nice size. Communication from the Vila staff/management is good and clear.
We enjoyed every aspect of our overnight stay- cleanliness, silence, friendliness etc. The property sits in Deva, which is a crossroads city. I can imagine this accommodation is particularly indicated for those who travel across the country by car. As said above, you'll find everything you need for you to have a good rest. Let's not forget that it doesn't happen everyday to have a jacuzzi in your room.
It's literally a star hotel. Well equipped facility and spacious lounge/room/restroom/kitchen providing free coffee and tea. Friendly staff and humble owner provide good info for visiting spots, such as the fortress behind the hostel. Over my expectation. It is the cheapest hostel in this area, but might be the best quality of all. Superb.
One of the few locations that were available through New Years Eve. We had a great time there as a group of 4 people, the staff was very helpful, and we didn't feel that we lacked anything through the stay. At a very good price for the accomodation, I recommend this for anyone couple/group looking to spend time in Deva.
A generously sized room slightly south of the main tourist areas of Deva. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, bathroom generally pretty decent. Check in is via a key box, which is convenient given the front desk is rarely manned.
Perfect place to stay over night. Quiet and not too many people like in a big hotel. In addition is located in the old town so you're close to the castle if you want to have a nice walk.
The apartment was very cozy and clean. The bathroom was modern and also spotless clean. Definitely we will come back at the Villa Boutique Alina anytime will need to stay in Deva city.
From the outside it looks derelict and run down - like all other buildings in Deva - but is nicely made inside. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses. Good Wifi and smart TV.
Great location close to the center of Deva. Very nice people at the reception desk and breakfast. My room was lovely and had a nice private terrace. Free parking.
Great location, friendly staff, easy check-in, generous parking.
We loved every part of our stay. If we ever visit Deva again, this will be our first pick.
Great place and really welcoming host.
The room was big, bright and very clean.
It is really close to the Deva fortress.
I highly recommend this place.
- spacious room
- very clean
- close to the city center
- friendly and helpful staff
- free parking in front of the hotel
- they take security seriously
