The reservation through Booking.com in January 2022 was for a Best Western Hotel, which changed its name to HR in August. We were never informed of this change, which proved to be extremely frustrating. We were two tired travellers in a rental car without a GPS trying to find the hotel, despite numerous stops to ask people for directions. No wonder we (and others) were confused: the Best Western no longer existed. Poor communication on your part.

I was afraid about not sleeping well with the noice of the road but it was very quiet ! Very helpful staff. Normally breakfast was at 7 am but we had to leave at 7am and they told us everything would be ready for breakfast at 6.30 and it was… Great !MarcBelgium

Bari - is 10 minute drive. Very clean unit. Host was very responsive, daily cleaning and changing of towels makes the unit feel like home. Cute balcony - brings lots of sunshine in the mornings. Shower water pressure really good! I would stay here again!

There also is a typical, Italian restaurant where every morning I enjoyed my sweet breakfast. What I would like to underline is fact that all staff of hotel and restaurant was very kind and helpful.
