The location of the property is great for getting the train but the area itself isn’t very pleasant and it’s so loud. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

Hotel very well located to visit the city, in a nice neighborhood. The family room was very spacious, especially the bathroom, and beds very comfortable. The room also had great electric blinds and chic curtains, and was finished in a pleasant, classic style that is no longer common.
Great view on the city and the bay from the top floor.
The staff at reception was always very helpful and friendly, it was much appreciated.

The location was perfect ! We were there just one night before heading to Amalfi so it did tick all our boxes. The room was as advertised and clean. The breakfast had great choices but some of the 'hot' breakfast items were very cold

Undulating beside the Bay of Naples, this UNESCO World Heritage city is a maze of narrow streets and funicular railways. Although it has an incredible array of churches and monuments, it’s the sheer energy, pulsating life, and buzz of Vespas that really make it exciting.
At first you could mistake this for chaos, but given time you’ll see there’s method to the madness. The stunning, curved portico of the Royal Palace. The perfectly thin pizzas which originated here. The red pepper trinkets to ward off the evil eye adorning practically every old town doorway. All are crafted to perfection.
While all this goes on at street level, below is Underground Naples – a series of visitable tunnels and even a Graeco-Roman theatre which you stop at before emerging into someone’s house!
Head up to the Posillipo area for stunning views of the city and Vesuvius in the distance. The volcano itself can be visited and looking down from it towards Pompeii and Herculaneum gives context to the thousands of artefacts now on display in the city’s National Archaeological Museum.
As for accommodation, Booking.com has a wealth of hotels near Naples Airport, old town B&Bs, city centre apartments and more to help you make the most of your stay.

We like Naples the most after a 3 days of visits among all other 4 cities that we visited in Italy even though the city itself is kind of dirty. We truly touched by Naples' spiritis and Italian cultural.

We liked a lot the city, the history, the environment and the people. Favorite spots: Old city (Spaccanapoli), Vomero, Ercolano, Amalfi, Positano. Travelling in and around Napels is easy and cheap. There is always bus, train or metro while getting a taxi is easy.Walking around is also very interesting.
We prefer eating on the street, together with locals. We avoid pure touristic spots.

Sadly a lot of poverty.
Sadly a lot of poverty. I had a seller (tissues) banging on my restaurant table when i declined to buy. I was later advised this can be a distraction to steal my mobile phone. Many street traders selling junk, bracelets necklaces and sun glasses. Again this can be a distraction for a pickpocket. People begging on the underground tube and in the streets. Sadly many building covered in graffiti. The highlight was a coach trip to Amalfi. The coach journey along a single track round was amazing i sat crying it was such fun.

A very bustling city, not for the unwary or nervous, although I enjoyed the contrast to where I live! We used the Metro, ate pizza on the street near Stazione Centrale, found little mini markets. There were mountains of rubbish at night but by morning they were all cleared, and although the streets at night were dark because the pavements have black paving, so long as you know where you're going there's no problem. People are very helpful, they'll pass you on to someone else if they can't help. We were using the Station for onward travel so stayed around that area.

Naples is vibrant and busy with lots of things to do. It has excellent public transport which is easy to navigate and runs on time. It’s not a manicured tourist resort but an historic city waiting to be explored.

Naples has a lot to offer, the food and the people are very nice. Beautiful
churches and interesting places to visit. But it is too chaotic with traffic, which can make a person think twice before going. Crossing the road can be a nightmare especially for the elderly as nobody seems to stop on a zebra crossing. Still it is worth a visit and especially the islands close by which can be reached easily by ferry.
It was truly an amazing experience and best decision to stay in Villetta Capodimonte.
There is a big garden where you can rest in a lounge set or hammock after being all day in the city. The rooms are great and have everything you need.
Salvatore received us and the communication was excellent with him for the whole trip. He gave us tips for our vacation in Italy and was always very attentive to our requests.
Breakfast was also delicious!
I fully recommend it and we would for sure stay there again when we go back to Naples.
Close to the historical center of Napoli, this lovely boutique hotel is a haven of calm. The room was big, comfortable and decorated with a lot of taste.
The location is great close to the port, the train station and the historical center.
The host was great, friendly, reachable easily by WhatsApp, help me coordinate my shuttle to the airport and gave me great recommendations for restaurants.
It was the best hotel I visited in my two week Italy trip. Highly recommended if you visit Naples!
We spent 2 nights in Il Tesoro and we have to admit that it was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy. It was clean, well-equipped, very beautiful and stylish! We could choose what to eat for breakfast and it was served in the room in the morning. The hotel is absolutely well located, close to the city center. The stuff is amazing, Lorenzo and Massimo was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Naples, do not hesitate, just book a room here!
The host is attentive and responsive.
The location is perfect for walking thru Naples' busy narrow streets. To get to the hotel you pass thru an old courtyard and ride an "historic" elevator, and then enter a very modern hotel unit. The contrast is delightful.
The hotel has a terrace off the breakfast room, and the staff serves you at the tables.
We traveled thru italy for 3 weeks, and this was the biggest and most pleasant surprise.
After an overnight flight into Rome, we wanted to be close to train station so we could rest and rent a car from Naples. for the price, we didn’t expect much but were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived a bit early, but were let into our lovely, spotless room by our hosts. Was super easy to find (unusual in Italy!). breakfast was delicious and timely. I highly recommend this cute little spot and will use it again for future trips.
We arrived at a little stressed...the drivers in Italy are insane !! No sooner were we in the room when we got a knock on the door ... Darius with coffee and croissants. It was a wonderful welcome. This hotel is perfect for a night before a flight stay. It's basic but spotless, and nothing is too much bother. While the hotel is by busy road, it's not noisy and far enough from the airport not to be kept awake by the sound of planes.
The location literally could not be more central. Anything you could possibly want to visit in Naples is most likely just a short walk away. Public transport links are nearby for anything beyond walking distance.
The room is really nice, equipped with all the amenities needed on a short visit to the city, plus a comfy bed of course.
The breakfast café is excellent, probably the best coffee on our entire trip to Italy.
Great location, fantastic 5-star breakfast with amazing views (including Vesuvius) and real good cappuccino! Some of the friendliest staff I’ve dealt with in Italy. Extra services offered (luggage storage) was exceptional and greatly appreciated for our early arrival and late departure. We’ve been to Naples 5 times in the past 8 years and have finally found a place we know we will be calling home for all future visits.
Very clean room and spacious... and very modern as well. The bathroom is spacious and has jet pump!! First one we encountered from all the hotels we've been around Italy. Location is very nice, close to the Napoli Port which was convenient because we came by boat. The staff, Giuseppe was very helpful as well. Gave us very clear instructions on how to get into the property and even let us checkin early.
The space is interesting & beautiful. Definitely a great value too! Our host Pina was so available & attentive to any questions. We felt like she's a distant relative wanting us to have the best travel experience. Our room actually had better amenities than many of the hotel rooms through our Italy travels with coffee & tea makers as well as small fridge with cool filtered water waiting : )
Great location , beautiful nice rooms , great bathroom amenities, Salvatore Ferragamo (but no body lotion ) bathroom a bit small . 2 people can barely move inside
Very friendly & helpful staff
Great breakfast buffet selection.
First hotel in Italy having plant based
milk . Comfortable beds
Great views
Stayed there for a night as part of our honeymoon road trip around Italy. The hotel’s location is ideal if you want to stay in a loud central area. The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. A special thank you for making us feel welcomed and for the extras provided for our honeymoon!
I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Italy. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine.
Overall, I had a great experience and the host, Gennaro was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.
Thank you so much!
The apartment was great, on perfect location and mainly it was really quite at night! If I ever go to Naples again, what will probably happen in future, I'd definitely book the same studio. It was perfect! A little gift of the local pastry was just a cherry on top :) I love Italy!
Wonderful! Your apartment in Naples, Italy, truly left unforgettable impressions. The separate shower, toilet, and bidet provided maximum comfort, while the cleanliness and convenient location made the stay even more enjoyable. The photos correspond to reality.
Great small apart hotel! We were there on our first day of Italy honeymoon trip and we’re welcomed great! Also we got top recommendations where to eat a real Napoli Pizza! We enjoyed 😊
One of the best hotels we have stayed in Italy. Interior of the room and hotel was high end quality. They also have wellness and spa on entire floor, money well spent.
We had a late flight into Naples before heading out to other parts of Italy, so it was exactly what we needed. Just steps away from the airport and was easy to find.
