Lovely host and very well looked after. Fantastic location.
We LOVE Paternoster. It’s a beautiful little coastal village (probably more of a town now) with white houses. The beach is lovely with soft sand and great for long walks.
There are many fantastic restaurants and cafes to choose from and local seafood is excellent.
Plentiful accommodation at reasonable prices.
Definitely worth a trip and also please visit the wine lounge. Fantastic selection of South African wines run by a lovely couple Arno and Pieter. You can sip and watch the waves and world go by or catch a sunset.

It is essentially a holiday village, spread along the beach. There are quite a few restaurants, a supermarket, and a few small shops, but that's it. The beach is excellent for walking, but a bit too cold for swimming. There are
some game reserves and a national Park within an hour's drive and they are worth visiting. Really, it is a place for relaxing

We really enjoyed the beach and especially the sunsets.
We really enjoyed the beach and especially the sunsets. The local Spar had everything you would need to purchase - fresh meat, vegetables and a lovely bakery. The Beer Brewery is a must visit and make sure you try their cheese platters, the best we had.
Paternoster Manor is a very beautiful and charming property. The interior decor is breathtaking, and all aspects of the Manor, have been lovingly enhanced, to create an incredible feeling of luxury and comfort. Eddie and Ryno were very gracious and attentive hosts, leaving nothing to chance and no stone unturned. The breakfasts were magnificent, beautifully prepared and presented. We shall certainly make every effort to return, it was a time of complete relaxation and simple holiday pleasures.
Awesome location 50m from the Beach without the beach front hyped up prices, the apartment had everything you would need for a stay of a week or a lot longer should you wish, walking distance to the centre and a host of restaurants. Fantastic self catering facilities, everything that you would need and good quality and fully functional. Will be returning again we also stayed in Number 1 which is located above 2A and that was equally as excellent.
Very welcoming owners. Spacious main bedroom compared to some overseas guest houses and hotels in UK. Second bedroom was very comfortable and 2 bathrooms with big enough showers. Very clean, everything you may need for a few days away.
BBQ braai facilities, well equipped kitchen appliances.
Quiet garden and a big plus...its pet friendly. It is a 2 minute walk to a great beach and restuarant.
The room was very luxurious, airconditioned, with full DSTV and luxury beds
What a fantastic view and easy access to the beach - it felt like we camped on the beach in luxury. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious - such a variety and freshly made. Great views from the dining area
The staff was super friendly and unintrusive.
Beautiful location in Paternoster. Safe and secure. Magnificent view of the beach and ocean from our room. Breakfast was made to order with all the usual sides and delicious breakfast goodies. The room we occupied was at one time occupied by the President of South Africa (Nelson Mandela)... It was top notch!!
The Location was on the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a beautiful place. Everything you need and more!!
The main reason for visiting Paternoster was because we had a booking at Wolfgat. Now I know why it is listed as one of the top 50 restaurants in the world. It was tremendous!!
Loved the turn up and turn down service in the rooms, attention to detail was great. Layout of the hotel was very special and stunning touches to make you feel right at home. Our laundry was returned super quick too! Location was untouched, couldn't have asked for a more central location!!!
accommodation is comfortable, clean, homely, lovingly decorated without being too twee, offers lots of extras and most importantly for me, has a beautiful outside space, a private balcony. Although not on the beach front, it is close enough to comfortably walk there. Nice neighbourhood.
We had a lovely stay at Mosselbank 3 and it was a bonus that it was pet friendly. Glenn assisted us with the key handover and showed us around. He also recommended some local spots that came in handy. It's a neat and lovely apartment that is safe and quiet at night.
A spectacular sea view, set in a fantastic location of Paternoster, only let down by a lack of basic amenities, lacklustre staff attitudes and overall poor value for money.
The location and views are truly spectacular and probably it’s only saving grace.
Nice view of the ocean and surroundings. The pool was very enjoyable for the hot summer days we had. Walking distance from the beach and Paternoster Waterfront.
Very attentive to detail, felt so welcoming and wanted. The decorations and food were exceptional. Would recommend immediately to anyone coming to Paternoster.
