Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..
This hotel is located less than 1 km from Rodney Bay Marina in Gros Islet and features free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool and car rental. Palm Haven also has an on-site restaurant and bar.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment set with others around a little pool. The building is in a quite, residential areas of Rodney bay, about 10-12 minutes walk down to the main shopping malls and restaurant area. The apartment is great. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well set up.
THE best thing without a doubt is the welcome, recommendations, offers of assistance and reassuring presence of the apartment owners Lucius and Trudy. They are friendly, they go above and beyond, without being intrusive! Lucius and Trudy kindly organized airport transfers, recommend a car hire company, found us a fantastic child minder and were there to answer any questions. THANK YOU!

Best part of the island! Long difficult road to drive from the airport- about 40 miles but takes about two hours. Do not recommend driving the pothole ridden and steep roads during dark. Gros Islet is absolutely beautiful- very laid back, relaxing, safe, and had everything you need for a great family vacation. All beaches are public access, so you can go to any "resort" beach as long as you do not use the beach furniture or umbrellas- they cannot kick you off the beach.

The area near and around Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a very good area. Lots of amenities at this Resort and the staff was excellent. My only concern were the food portions. As an adult I'd like adult portions instead of kid portions at mealtime. Aside from that, this is a GREAT Resort to vacation at. The Water Park in front of the Resort was definitely a plus for the people with kids. I didn't use the Park but if I were traveling with my family who has kids, they would've been out in the water at the Park from early in the morning to late at night.

Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home .
Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home . Angelika made me felt very welcome and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. IE taking me around when needed and if she couldn’t put me on to the people or person who could . Mark also gave me the sense that there was no task you could not ask of him . Didn’t need to because the place and my stay was perfect
The location was spot on. A partial sea view in front of us and the mountains behind. Because St Lucia is surrounded by mountains we always had a lovely breeze outside our room from the hallway. Th staff were always friendly and polite. They always said hello when they saw us. The maids and ground staff and maintenance were particularly friendly and always struck up a conversation. The front desk staff were also wonderful and accommodating.
The room was large and spacious, and the complex had a variety of pools and great cocktails.
We really loved the staff and especially the ones at the bar. We loved the different pool locations too. We also really enjoyed the music and different activities that we could enjoy at night. We actually loved housekeeping services and the room service was fabulous. Food was okay and typical hotel food. Over all is was very romantic and so perfect for couples. We did the romantic dinner on the beach and it was a nice experience for us and the food the chef cooked was AMAZING.
Stay was exceptional with excellent service from reception, restaurant and security staffs. The hotel is located at the main hub with easy access from the hotel to shopping and restaurants in Rodney Bay. Easy access to the beach through a back road from hotel, excellent food and we enjoyed our stay for a week at the hotel. Special thanks to Tisa, Anamen, Michael and other staffs who made our stay the best. Highly recommend Cocopalm to anyone wanting to stay in Rodney Bay.
Rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. Plenty of pools to choose from and nice hotel restaurant which we had drinks at in the evening (beware the rum punch is VERY strong). The shuttle service takes you for free to their beach front resort where you can use the facilities. The pool there is much nicer and larger, lovely restaurant on the beach front (although very slow service) and can use sun loungers for free. Towels were provided by the hotel which was a plus.
Amazing hotel to stay at from start to finish I did not want to leave! Every single staff member we encountered were so friendly and efficient from reception to the bar, restaurant & bakery. We stayed for a week and a half at harbor club and the only disappointing part was having to check out!! I will definitely be returning when I travel to St Lucia again in the future. Stunning stunning hotel!
Hazel and Colin were super nice and very helpful. They invited us to use the gardens and pick fruit. They recently had the apartments constructed and they are beautiful. There are nice touches like both St Lucia and North American outlets and a detailed info booklet about things to do. The setting is lovely, we watched birds during the day and listened to tree frogs at night.
I loved the location and the food across the street was most delicious, the beach is right around the corner. Gros Islet is very bright and friendly. Will be going back to St Lucia next month and and staying at the same place. Close to all buses going in to town. The two cats are the
cutest and the hostess is gorgeous. Bars all over the place and The Friday party is LIT.
This Boutique is perfect, the staff were on point. The breakfast was a welcomed difference from the usual fried breakfast, as it is all healthy and tasty.
The hotel is within walking distance to all the facilities you need.
and the retreat offers that pampering that I would recommend all take, I had a massage on my balcony. absolutely beautiful settings.
Thank you
Basic but comfortable,
Staff welcoming and very helpful
Perfect location for us able to walk into Gros islet or to the Rodney Bay Marina. If going a bit further to Ridney Bay itself or to Castries buses stop a stones throw way.
Bank across the road, petrol station opposite has a mini supermarket, surrounded by small local bars and 2 food villages also
I loved the location, the pool, the service, also the restaurants available at the hotel. Everything was always clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Also, great relation quality - price!
Location was excellent because we rented a car. If you plan to walk to the beach or to places maybe this hotel is not your best option.
Comfortable room with all of the needed amenities. The hotel is located in the centre of the Rodney Bay Area allowing for easy access to all of the restaurants and shopping along the strip. The bonus is the lovely staff who are friendly and try their best to accommodate any requests.
We got in hours before the hurricane and we were cared for both during and after. The manger ensured that the chef prepared only authentic local cuisine.
Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Everything! The hosts were amazing! They run a beautiful hotel and are super accommodating. I will definitely come back! If you want a beautiful, dream like place this is it.
