I was shown around the property by a very polite lady who introduced herself as the 'cleaner'. Because of the dreadful state I found the property to be in, I did not stay there and left very soon after my arrival. The lady who initially introduced herself as the 'Cleaner' (and was very polite and helpful) it later transpired she was the wife of the proprietor. Nothing further to add.
