The Hotel was Located very close within reach of everything in the city. A short walk upto grafton street. Trams are situated right outside, Temple bar wasn't far to walk to. Taxis are not too expensive either. We did't have breakfast there are plenty of places to get breakfast on your walk upto grafton street.
Blooms Hotel is located in Dublin’s Temple Bar district, 150 metres from Trinity College and Dublin Castle. It has a traditional Irish pub, a nightclub and rooms with flat-screen TVs.

Very convenient location in the middle of the city center, comfortable beds, clean, strong water flow in the shower, very good breakfast, even continental is very good- famous soda bread, croissants, brie, yogurt, fruit salad, good quality coffee . Very nice bar adjacent to the hotel, life music, the food was a bit too salty for my taste, however looks like it is common for Ireland.
Overlooking the Grand Canal in Dublin 2, Clayton Hotel Charlemont boasts a shared lounge, Red Bean Roastery, Lockside Bar/Social and Gaudens Restaurant. The hotel is an 8-minute walk from St.

excellent breakfast
conveniently located near Luas and a short walk from city centre
Fantastic view of Dublin mountains from room windows.
Fantastic view of Dublin mountains from room windows. Great shopping in and around the Square. Very good choice of eating/drinking establishments, except of course if you have allergens such as gluten intoleration or other allergies in which case you might have to go walkabout. Easy access to public transport to just about anywhere in Dublin.

Every thing in the room was nonfunctional, water hearing kettle leaked and water was all over the place on carpet. There was no toiletries in the bathroom. Staff was nice.
They could not accommodate us earlier than the check in time. After a long flight, we had to waste our whole day

Reception was great, genial & professional & fast .
Reception was great, genial & professional & fast .Once I had my key I went to my room on the 3rd Floor by lift.Took me a moment to find the room as the room numbers were inadvertently hidden by a giant sized potted banana plant, beautiful plant. My room was generous given I was solo two beds, the double I used, sleeping like a babe on both nights of my stay. The bathroom was exceptional, large & well-fitted with safety features for both toilet, sink area & shower unit.Non-slip throughout & spotless.

Loved to explore tallaght as nice walks in the area.
Loved to explore tallaght as nice walks in the area. The view from our room was amazing and we got to experience the shamrock rovers game atmosphere wad great!! Only down fall to our trip was no access to the balcony in our room. The room was so hot and also had only tiny windows. This is the only issue that may keep me from returning. With such strong heat even the fans provided in the room were just circulating hot air it was so uncomfortable to try sleep.

My son lives in Tallaght, so I visit the place on a regular basis. I doubt that there is anything really interesting to do or see in Tallaght itself, but you can easily reach the city center of Dublin by hopping on a LUAS Red Line train (20 km, 45 minutes). The LUAS lines are a pleasant and very affordable way to get around.
The hotel is Clean and tidy. The rooms are big and fully equipped by amenities.
Going downtown is easy as the public transport is close by. Coming from airport is easy too- just take the airport hopper bus ( remember the bus area is near the church at the airport)
The breakfast is incredible superb and the staff of the breakfast section are so polite and humble.
The restaurant downstairs too has good food and staff too are polite.
The overall value, convenience, and staff are the reason for the highest rating. We stayed 11 days and ate all of our breakfast meals, as well as some lunch and dinner. The individual meals were very good and wait staff work together as a team to serve the tables. The location is near a shopping mall, multiple medical services, and a lovely park less than a mile away. Also nearby Luas rail, Dublin bus stops.
The hotel is ideally situated in the main shopping district with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. It is also situated very close to Tallaght hospital. The room was impeccably clean and the staff were both courteous and friendly. The menu at the hotel restaurant was varied and the food was visually appealing, nicely presented and tasted good.
Noreen is a lovely host, we were chatting away for ages when I arrived, could have talked for hours. Unlike the 'big' hotels I've been in on other nights, the TV is great (all the Freesat channels) and the wifi works perfectly.
A short walk from The Square in Tallaght, which was good for me, travelling by public transport.
Very modern, the room was a good size & comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well with an excellent power shower.
The hotel bar was nice & busy, presumably because there wasn't much outside of hotel.
Location wise it was very useful for Tallaght Stadium. Close transport links into city centre on Luas Red Line.
All the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The bed was possible the comfiest bed I've ever slept on and there was no noise around.
The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast set up was great. Plus the free parking was a bonus.
Very close to Tallaght hospital and the square shopping center.
Great location, location was perfect for attending a match at Tallaght Stadium. We met very friendly reception staff at check in and check out. The hotel felt clean. Complementary parking is great - just make sure you use google maps to check out how to access the car park - it’s not well sign posted
parking is free and underground which is a rare find in Dublin which is a real positive. Staff that checked us in were very pleasant. Great to find a hotel in Dublin with a pool at a reasonable cost.
Hotel is located centrally in Tallaght region, close to the stadium. Has ample parking spots. Bar food and service is quite good. Room was nice with a city skyline view, bathroom was nice as well.
Adequate room and en suite. More a business than a holiday hotel, but it's huge advantage is that it has a private car park for guests and is right next to tram stops into the centre of Dublin.
Lovely homely welcome from Noreen. Excellent location. Walking distance to all amenities & transport services. Fabulous breakfast. Would defiantly stay again when I am back in the area.
This place is perfect for people who have a car. We loved the quiet area, the proximity to the shopping center and to Dublin of course. Everything was perfect!
