Loved the villa the views of the beach were just beautiful.
Loved the villa the views of the beach were just beautiful. Tv had great free movie options , the bathroom was lovely, the beds are comfy with comfy pillows. Pool was very relaxing Comfy padded pool lounge chairs. Looking from pool to ocean was so relaxing. Overall nice and clean my daughter & I really loved it. The location to the boardwalks with restaurants was perfect, I don’t have good knees and my walking distances are limited so it was just wonderful for my needs.

Not a far distance from Perth and a nice getaway..
Not a far distance from Perth and a nice getaway.. Lots of nice coffee places and good choice of restaurants. We left a few things to do another time and look forward to one of the cruises and visit to the Giants. It seems to be disjointed in so far as there are residential and touristy areas and then to do a proper shop for groceries you seem to have to travel a few blocks inland. Overall it was easy to get around and offers beaches, cruises and shallow foreshore pools for young kids. The pubs were teaming with people and the Sunday Market along the foreshore was great for young families. Down around the marina in the Dolphin area had a large selection of cafes for breakfast and or brunch and was a bustling no car area. However plenty of car parks nearby. We will be visiting again and spend a couple of nights as you do relax and unwind there !!!

The house is an attached unit, the keys were left in the meter box, unfortunately someone has damaged the box and it cannot be shut, it is also a health hazard as it sticks out about 6inches.
The Security system is obsolete, does not work.
The lounge is a nice size but the air con needs to be replaced, also a mosquito net needs to be replaced on the 2nd window.
The kitchen/dining room is a good size, the Air Con has fallen apart, needs to be replaced. Also the Oven does not work, The sliding door leading to the back yard need to be replaced.
The Master Bedroom is a nice size, if it has an Air Con that also does not work.
The two other bedrooms, one needs the mosquito netting replaced, both need some form of clothes hanging facility, none exists.

There is so much you can do in Mandurah when visiting.
There is so much you can do in Mandurah when visiting. Fishing, Crabbing, Boat Cruises, Booking in advance for Motels/Hotels to get the best location close to ALL Restaurants etc. Love weekend trips here with family or friends. My favorite Motel is Foreshore Motel. It is affordable and within walking distance to places I visit. Ice Cream Parlour, Curry Place, Murphy's for lunch(Fish and Chips) other shops and Kids Play Ground also is just minutes away.

Lovely & friendly people.
Lovely & friendly people. Also enjoyed the morning strolls along the foreshore with its gorgeous views & cafes with the aroma of freshly ground coffee & the smell of the sea. Beautiful.

Highly recommend we definitely would love to come back to stay.
3rd time staying at Seashells because of it’s location. Beautiful beach just steps from the villa and seeing dolphins each morning. Also very close to Dolphin Quay and 10-15mins walk to the Marina. Love how it’s peaceful but also not far from bars and restos. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable.
The house and its amenities are excellent. The kayak especially is an awesome activity for our kids. Location is great, close to everything that we need. We got visited by dolphins everyday we are there, love it. The host is amazing and friendly, very helpful with all the info needed for accessing the house.
The location was great and the house was very roomy. Fabulous comfy beds.
The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pantry staples. A lovely touch of some treats on the bench when we arrived. Hosts were really
approachable and appreciated feedback that I sent them when we left.
The house is amazing and is very well designed so we were not on top of each other, very spacious design. Given there were 12 of us we definitely had enough space in the house especially given the temperature was in the high 30s!! Very good location. House was very clean and fresh.
Well located to all that is on offer in Mandurah in a quiet suburban street away from crowds, noise and traffic. Big kitchen/dining/family room looking out to large deck and vista over canal. Overall comfortable, clean & good for a family.
Seashells always performes well for us, as the concept of the apartments simply work. We are usuually in Yallingup, but Mandurah was nice too, with the same layout of the kitchen and bathrooms and very spacious apartment in general.
The location is good in a quiet cul de sac.
The living area is superb, open concept and beautiful decor!
We have everything we need in the house.
The host is through a rental agent, and their communication is superb!
Beautiful view of Mandurah foreshore, breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly.
House keeping were quite noisy in the corridors early in the mornings talking very loudly other than that we enjoyed our stay .
We loved the giant indoor pool, the garden feel to the hotel, friendly staff, great location, good amount of parking, good price on the room, loved that there was a bar downstairs and food available!
Excellent location, very close to local beach (walking distance only a couple of minutes away). Short drive to centre of Mandurah.
