My stay at the cozy hotel in Andernach, nestled in the heart of the old town, was truly delightful. The convenient parking facilities just around the corner were a great plus. What truly made my experience special was the warm family atmosphere that enveloped the entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and at home throughout.
The breakfast spread was impeccable, offering a perfect start to each day of my stay. As a business traveler with unpredictable arrival times, the digital check-in and key-less entry system were a godsend. This feature streamlined the process and made my stay hassle-free.
Despite being primarily a business traveler, I deliberately opt for this hotel for its cozy ambiance and welcoming vibe. It's far from being a typical corporate lodging; instead, it offers a charming, homely atmosphere that sets it apart. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking more than just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself

We only stayed for one night and did not have a lot of time to discover Andernach, but it seems like a nice town, with various historic buildings, possibility to walk along the Rhine. The restaurant the Peppermill was good, and conveniently close to the Rhein-Hotel, where we stayed.

Andernach is a suitable distance to drive from southern Germany. Do take the boat trip to see the geyser (30E for the boat ride and the museum), but go to the visitor center to get tickets. We did not know this and so missed the boat for which we were aiming.
The old town is quite picturesque and there are restaurants to suit most tastes. It even has a shopping mall (about 6 shops!).

Lovely little town, with plenty of medieval remains.
Lovely little town, with plenty of medieval remains. Unfortunately, somewhat difficult to reach if you walk along the Rheinsteig (on the other bank of the Rhine). A ferry goes there only three times per day.
The staff was really nice, welcoming and helpful.
The room was clean, very nice shower, comfy bed :)
Hotel situated on a square where you can eat and drink.
They have a safe place to park your back if you need to.
The breakfast is amazing. The best we had during our trip ! So much to choose from, tasty.
We will book again if we come back to the area !
I found the Keller Höhe while driving through Germany and just needed a place to spend a night traveling to UK, but it was much better than expected. Patrick was very welcoming and accommodating. Tasty breakfast delivered to the room was a cherry on top. Highly recommend, and I wish I could have stayed longer to explore the beautiful surrounding area.
We cycled into Andernach late afternoon and the owners were waiting and very helpful for check in and storing our bikes. He invited us for a welcome beer in the adjacent pub/ restaurant. We chatted with him and another guest about the area and cycle routes. It is a clean, cozy and comfortable room. We were very pleased!
Great Hotel, polite stuff, good Breakfast. Very interesting location, and a parking place in the nearby Grage, free of charge. Whatchout, use parkingspaces further to the top, as the ones at the entrace are often all filled, and because the places are to small, you could have problems gettting back in your car.
Great hotel.for.my needs. It was locted near were my parents grew up. Very close to the inner city shops and restaurants. The sky bar was a great location to meet my family and have a few drinks. My only concern was the fan in the room did not work.and was a little warm in the early evenings.
Central location in the old city of Andernach. Communication with our hostess was easy and all questions were answered immediately. The apartment is in a beautifully restored old house and very comfortable. Breakfast in the cafe on the ground level was a treat!
Cute hotel in Andernach. Has a garage for bicycle parking. Nice breakfast. Offers a list of recommendations -- be sure to eat at Damaskus Syrian restaurant a short walk away. Along the old city wall and not the Rhine, but an easy walk to it.
The accomodation was outdated. The main problem is that the hotel is next to a run down street with nightclubs. After they close, the party goes on in the medieval City gate and elsewhere near the hotel. The noise comes from both sides.
everything is great. staff is amazing, superfriendly. they also helped us to find a table for dinner (on Saturday night it was complicated). the hotel, design, atmosphere - all is perfect! it absolutely worth this money
Good place to stay @Andernach. Pleasant breakfast, kind staff, good location, clean and worthy. Not a typical chain hotel rather a boutique hotel embedded in a good gastronomy and enoteca.
Really nice hotel in the center of a beautiful small town with a great location. Room was really nice and personal friendly. Breakfast was especially good.
