Hello . We are very happy with everything, I came with my friend to the concert and it was impossible to call a taxi. The staff took care of this at the first request for help finding a car, and even in the morning at 5 o’clock we needed a car and they organized everything for us. The guys are young, but incredibly polite and pleasant, and most importantly, they are ready to help, which makes for a high level of service for guests. If we are in Dresden again, we will definitely come to you. we are happy with everything. We wish you only pleasant guests and easy work with promotions, you deserve it

Known as the 'Jewel Box', Dresden is a stunning German city with rich history, an important classical music scene, and an unforgettable Baroque and Rococo-inspired city centre.
Located on the banks of the Elbe River, the whole city was destroyed during World War II, but has now been rebuilt into one of the most interesting places in Europe. Like a phoenix from the ashes, the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche) is an imposing building that is one of the most beloved symbols of the city.
Magnificent Zwinger Palace is the main Dresden attraction, featuring impressive pavilions and a majestic garden in the middle. We stayed in Dresden for 5 days. We were there during the Dresdner Frühjahrsmarkt, so we sampled some of the local food and drinks- everything was delicious.
Our hotel was just outside of the old town and it was really easy to reach all major sights on foot. And we did some shopping too with many shops near our hotel.
We took a cruise to Blasewitz with a steam boat on the Elbe- it was a great experience. We also travelled to Görlitz with a train for a day and it was a charming little town near the "border" with Poland.

The town center was destroyed in WWII sat in ruins while under Soviet control. Has been completely rebuilt with no ruins remaining. Amazing! Walking through an old city that’s brand new. Apparently not on most American travel lists as English was rare, bring your Google Translate app.
Lovely architecture; beautiful natural setting; great museums and music venues. Great food. Excellent public tram system as well as scooters to rent. I will avoid hostels and spend more money to stay in a hotel. I enjoyed the Hygiene and City museums. I'll be back for sure!

Very beautiful city.
Very beautiful city. The historic center is very impressive considering that it was almost entirely rebuilt after 1945. I highly recommend the Old Masters Gallery in Zwinger. This is an unforgettable experience!

Everything!
Everything! Easily my favourite city to visit in Germany so far for its sheer beauty. Amazingly I got last minute tickets to the Semperoper (the opera) to watch “The Magic Flute”.
The architecture, the food, the people are what make Dresden the special place it is.
The Hop on Hop off bus tours are great as they take you to the suburbs in the hills that you would otherwise not get a chance to see. Great views and a good cafe in one suburb to have a coffee.

I went for trains and there is a lot for train fans.
I went for trains and there is a lot for train fans. Two narrow gauge steam trains, only 15 minutes by train away from the main station: Weißeritztalbahn and Lößnitzgrundbahn. The Transport museum (Verkehrshaus) next to the Frauenkirche is also worth a visit. Take the 1.5 hour train east to Zittau and you get to another great and famous narrow gauge steam train line. And you are only scratching the surface here. If you are in the UK, take the Eurostar to London, then continue with the Eurosleeper in a direct train to Dresden. You can even easily make a day trip to Prague!
Absolute perfection!! Starting at the reception Paul was very welcomed and kept my bag before check in as well as got me all check in so I could explore the city and don’t worry about the time the close the reception. Location is within few minutes of Dresden Mitte as well to old town with many shops, attractions and restaurants. The apartment had everything you could use for cooking and relax! Very comfortable, clean and crispy linens also extra pillows. Very clean! It has being the best accommodation I have stayed in Germany!
This is a strange one , I’m pretty sure for most of the week I was the only guest .
It is located next to a road and in easy walking distance to the train station .
It is close to the airport and it is best to jump on the train at the airport and walk 200m rather than get a taxi
I had a nightmare journey due to weather conditions and got to the hotel past midnight and I cannot speak highly enough of the proprietor for keeping reception open for me .
There is a car park behind the building which is handy .
I definitely recommend this place. A funky, colorful hotel in Dresden’s hipster area. Nice rooms with coffee machine and kettle. Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Unloading luggage was easy as they have their own loading bay with space for at least 3 cars. Overnight parking in the nearby shopping center was very reasonably priced. Area seems to come alive after 11am when most of the cute artisan shops along the hotel’s street open. Great coffee shops and restaurants around. Loved it!!
My hotel room was HUGE. This was a phenomenal surprise, especially given the location. The Hotel is around the corner from a ton of excellent restaurants, and only a short short walk from the city center were one can find beautiful outdoor terraces with wonderful views of the city. Once construction in the market in front of the hotel is finished, I'm sure there will also be another excellent view on the doorstep. I will happily stay here again next time I need to be in Dresden.
one of the best and most impressive hotels during my trips in my life till now. The staff are extremely nice and warm , they are all well mannered and professional to make guests feel at home. hotel location is direct in the middle of the old town , clean and comfortable. In my mind , the most important thing , this hotel holds the old tradition of hospitality of German hotels . Whenever in my life long when we visit Dresden , we will always choose this hotel .
The breakfast was pretty much excellent. The coffee could be stronger but this seems to be the case all over Germany to be honest.
The location of the hotel is great since it is in the neighborhood of the highway to and from Poland, without suffering from its proximity to said highway. We had the window open during the night but had to close it due to the nightly noises from the nearby railway. Overall this still was a very good stay for us.
Very friendly, happy and relaxed hotel staff which was nice to see. Hotel room and rest of the hotel was super clean. AC was quiet, no smell and working great. Comfy beds. More facilities available in the hotel than we used, but it all looked great. Parking is under the hotel, 28 euros per day, but that's hassle-free parking at probably the best location in the city centre. You can easily walk to most highlights.
thank you very much to the staff, they are extremely nice and always helpful, the hostel is something like a family, it is not modern, but it has an excellent atmosphere! The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the rest room is very nice and practical, I have nothing bad to say about the hostel, it was excellent and the best in Germany. thank you and I will definitely come back when I go to Dresden!
The hotel is situated in the city centre, just a few minutes away from the major shightseeing spots. The room as well as the bathroom are really big and comfortable. At breakfast you have a wide range of delicious food to choose from. I really recommend this hotel if you want to experience Dresden the most.
The hotel is the perfect location to visit all of the fabulous sights and restaurants of Dresden. It is located at the edge of the old town square. We had an executive suite which was fantastic. Very quiet with a wonderful bed. The staff was outstanding. We will be staying there in the future.
Everything was great or perfect - the way hotels should be :-)
Focus on hygiene and felt safe and clean.
Friendly and available staff.
Room very very comfortable, quiet and clean.
A perfect base to explore Dresden.
Close to venue like Dresden Kraftwerk.
The location and staff were fantastic! They took very good care of us and were really friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also superb. Dresden is a beautiful city and this hotel is right in the center!
The staff were very friendly and the hotel is very close to Dresden Bahnhof Mitte, which is a useful hub for public transport. The walking distance to the old town centre is about 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was not fancy, but fine.
Location - a short walk distance to the Old Town (Theater Square)
Atmosphere - absolutely stunningly hospitable staff and the art design of all the hotel!
Breakfast - highly recommend. Very varied and delicious.
This is a really good budget hotel located at the city centre of Dresden. The location is perfect, close to everything you need ranging from shopping centre, groceries, restaurants and tourist attractions.
excellent location in the middle of Dresden. Easy access to most desired tourist sites. Easy access to restaurants. Views from the front of the hotel are amazing so ask for front facing rooms.
