Super nice beach hotel, on the greatest location overlooking the inlet "fjord". We were fortunate to get a corner suite with beautiful view. Unfortunately we just stayed for one night, would very much like to come back another time. Breakfast buffet was very nice with anything we needed. If you want dinner in the hotel restaurant, remember to book in advance. We tried to get a table for early dinner, but not possible as it was fully booked.

Glucksburg faces west so it's a wonderful place to see the sun go down at a restaurant or bar on the coast. Glucksburg is situated in an area with residential neighborhoods. These neighborhoods include homes in classical architectural styles side by side with modern homes interspersed into wooded hillsides rolling down to the coast of Flensburg.
