- The room was spotless, especially the bathroom. We thought the bathroom was renovated and we were the first ones to use it, but on the second night, we realized that it was just that their cleaning skills were on point. We could not find a single sign that we used the shower the night before.
- The room was fully equipped and big enough for two people.
- The location was nice with restaurants, bakeries, and bus stops around.

The property is close to where my family lives. In general the rooms are quite clean and throughout the last couple of years it was always good value for the price we paid.

Surprised by the quality, and nice view from room. Comfortable, clean, super easy check-in, and the breakfast was actually very good, good bread, god coffee, nice staff serving breakfast. All in all, surprised by how good it was

We required a stop over on a drive From Northern Italy (Ortisei) to Brussels.Pforzheim was the mid point. The hotel was good with associated secure parking. We had a good breakfast but did not use the restaurant for the evening meal as it appeared somewhat overpriced for the hotel. We ate in a nearby Greek restaurant. The town sadly was destroyed by bombing in the latter stages of WW2 and apart from a river very little of tourist interest in the centre of the town,
Car park underneath the hotel is included in the price of the room: don't forget to exchange the ticket the machine gives you for the validated voucher when you check out of the hotel. Have stayed here twice: first in an economy room, second time in a classic room (photo is the view from a 4th floor classic room)--the classic room had coffee and tea making facilities, the economy room did not, but other than that the rooms were very similar.
Family room was very convenient for us. We liked that our little one was in the connecting room - this way, we had our privacy in the evening, being still very close to the kid, and he enjoyed having his own room and space to play. And having a second bathroom was also very nice.
The hotel is designed nicely, everything is clean and shiny and inviting. We also liked the tasty breakfast, and kids extra buffet table was a nice surprise!
The room was an ordinary hotel room with a carpet floor. Our room was located at the end of the corridor thus no noise from other guests passing by. On the other hand it faced the service station and the nearby road, though surprisingly not much noise during our visit. The breakfast was good with cold and warm dishes. We chose to park along the nearby streets and this worked out well. There were places in the proximity of the hotel.
Set in a very quiet area just about a mile outside Pforzheim city centre. Small but adequate kitchen with 2 hobs, microwave and fridge. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Small but perfectly acceptable bathroom with lovely hot shower.
Comfortable bed located right in front of large T.V.
Good to have outside area.
Very nice, if you like traditional family homes, made into hotel, including those soft squeaking sound that stairs and flooring are making, big room, comfortable and clean, easy check in, even if you come late, with a key left in a box and opening password in a message, to recommend.
the location was great so easy to reach from motorway and to get back on again. close to shops and restaurants but we eat in hotel. the food was exceptional had evening meal both nights and staff were also helpful and very friendly.
The breakfast was great. Not a lot for a vegan guest but otherwise everything was covered.
The hotel was scrupulously clean - very impressive!
Very nice staff - they gave me a kettle and cup for my tea in the room!
We had a room at the last floor and it was really good - super clean, beds were comfortable and really quiet. We had breakfast at the hotel and the options were tasty, different choices to accommodate different diets.
The breakfast was good. Also the location although I was concerned about the proximity of the railway station. But I slept well. The hotel is simple but good in the measures of quality/price.
Clean functional apartment with a good value for money

The Hotel Manager was very friendly and even helped us carry up the suitcases. That is not a standard serbice, but I think he felt bad for teo women carrying so heavy <3
