The location is great, walking distance to the old town of Ait Ben haddou. It has private off road parking, a couple of terraces to sit on and a nice lounge area. The staff were amazing, run off their feet busy but still cheerful and very helpful. We ate there in the evening and the food was very good. The breakfasts include fresh made omelette and orange juice as well as pastries, olives etc

Most people come here for a few hours. I stayed for 3 days and could have stayed longer. It’s a lovely friendly town where you can spend time browsing through small shops, visiting art galleries, watching the night sky and soaking up the ambiance of this historical place. The highlight was a full day trip on horseback with Cheval Aït Ben Haddou. They have a Google page.

It's a really quiet town honestly.
It's a really quiet town honestly. It is a convenient place to stop, half way between Marrakesh and Merzouga but i feel like half a day would be plenty to see it all. I spent two days and it was definitely too long. The city itself is nothing special, rather touristy. Plenty of tour buses stop for the day, so it gets crowded between 11 to 5, but insanely quiet a night once they're all gone. I highly recommend La Terraza for dinner, they actually have delicious Italian food, with charcuterie and cheese, and their pizza and pasta are authentic. They also serve alcohol which is super hard to find in small morrocan towns like this one.

The kasbah was great to visit. Enjoyed the climb. Found some good shops for souvenirs. Brilliant views. Stunning scenery. Not much in the town / Main Street. Just a few cafes. The main attraction is the kasbah. Find a hotel with a roof top to enjoy the view and take in some star gazing too.

The Riad was outstanding and situated about 4 miles from Ait Benhaddou itself. Taxi about 50 dirhams to get there. Admission is free to the site, although people will try and get you to give them 100 dirhams to enter. The Hotel itself is sensational and the Manager Fatima and her team are brilliant. The view to the river gorge from the dining room is outstanding .

The ksar is beautiful and takes you back in time.
The ksar is beautiful and takes you back in time. Highly recommend climbing to the top for wonderful views. Had a hearty lunch at Auberge Azaddou Tamlalte which serves delicious tagine as well as spectacular views of the ksar. Would be careful about entering people's homes in the ksar despite warm invitations as they demand money after the house tour without saying anything about it upfront.

The setting is still unique, but due to the total lack of care and maintenance the place will be eroded in a few years. It is just a crumbling background to the fleecing of passing tourist trade. A walk to the top granary is still worth it for the view, but a couple of hours will be more than enough.
Omar and Mohammad did everything to have a wonderful time in Ait Ben Haddou! These guys are amazing, they offered us welcome drink, tips what to visit and even invited us to play cards. The place is safe and cosy, it has a parking lot, the rooms are clean with good AC and the food is so tasty. They serve authentic amazir dishes, like tajine and couscous. If you are interested in an unforgettable desert trip, talk to Omar because he organizes tours.
After riding through the busy area of Ait Ben Haddou we arrived at the lovely house Tigmi Hamid. We immediately felt at home with lovely view of the setting sun over the mountains.
The host was very friendly, helped us planning our hike and even gave us a picnic. We would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit the region of Ait Ben Haddou in a comfortable and authentic way.
Nawfal! And Hassna His Mom great chef 👩🍳! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! We thank you 😊 ! I booked two nights here ! Ait Ben Haddou ! The atmosphere in the hotel was truly wonderful; very cozy place with a style. My family and friend enjoyed here a great hospitality, a very nice company of the host, and, I just must mention it, food like nowhere else we've tried in Morocco. Idris (the host) turns out to be a great chef, who has his own ways/recipes to make every dish stand out.
Fabulous views of Ait Ben Haddou
Fab breakfast.
Friendly cat!
Nice tea on arrival.
Booked a transfer but despite telling them the time twice they get asking what time it was and then it wasn’t there on our arrival. However they did get someone to us when we managed to get hold of them using their Google maps number and airport staff phone.
This Riad is beautiful it was at a perfect spot and view to admire Ait Ben Haddou. The rooms and service was wonderful. we love the breakfast very feeling and several options. The manager Mr. Abdellatif made our stay that more wonderful with his wonderful service and guidance. wonderful staff and beautiful property would highly recommend.
Wonderful property just outside of Ait Ben Haddou, traditional kasbah with view on the vast sand landscape and mountains.
Our favourite feature was outdoor shower! Property organised horse riding for us and made a beautiful apple cake for our daughter’s birthday. We had a beautiful conversation with Malik, the owner over chess match.
This was my second time staying at this hotel. It’s clean. It’s walking distance from the Ksar, the main attraction. Staff is friendly and helpful. Water is hot. They have a pool. Food is good. Free parking out front. Beds are comfy. Great value. Wifi could be better but that’s common in this country. Thank you Nouradine
This riad is so pretty and quiet not far from ait ben haddou by car. It's Also high enough with a rooftop for stars, sunset and sunrise. Food was delicious and room is clean. Highly recommended! The owner also gave detailed information for our road trip to merzouga. Everything was perfect!

Quiet location not far from Ait Ben Haddou; friendly English speaking owner; clean and cozy bungelow apartment; good WiFi; on site parking; grounds nicely landscaped; wonderful chef prepared dinners; we enjoyed everything about our stay here.
we spent here one night after a visit to air ben haddou. this kasbah is amazing, with comfortable rooms, and beautifully decorated. we also had a very good dinner here. absolutely recommended!
Nice little hostel on the main road but out of Ait Ben Haddou. Quiet, with a splendid view on the mountains, opportunities to hike. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Easy to get there.
The couple who run the hotel are lovely. They let us check in early. The views were lovely. They worked around us to accommodate our timings. Simple and lovely environment.
Everything is good here. The food are the best in Ait Ben Haddou.
Good air conditioner, very good swimming-pool. We spent 3 days here!
