Room was a small cockpit. Not for a week stay on the beach. Great breakfast, not a buffet but more that I could eat. I stayed only one night. Within walking distance to the beach. Café and restaurant in tthe Hotel. In fact it is rather a café and restaurant with some rooms.

Located only 30min away from Amsterdam (by train), this little hotel is awesome outside peak season for visiting multiple regions close to Amsterdam, and Amsterdam district. Train station is 5min away by foot.
During peak season, there's a generous beach within 10 min walk distance, so very convenient.
The room was spacious, warm and sunny, with lovely old wood furniture, clean, large and modern bathroom.
On premise kitchen had everything you needed, in case you decided to cook, but even just for a quick coffee or breakfast
Hosts were very friendly and accomodated us as soon as we arrived, even if it was not yet the check-in time. They also allowed us to leave luggage with them after check-out, for a few more hours, until we had to head towards the airport.
All in all, we loved our stay at La Rosa. Thank you.

The hotel is well located within walking distance of the sea and the center. The staff was generally helpful. The first person I contacted was very helpful compared to the second one. The walls are a little thin if you are a light sleeper.

We chose this location for its proximity to transport,...
We chose this location for its proximity to transport, entertainment and restaurants. It was just a short 20 minute train ride from Amsterdam central, and basically delivered us to within about 100 metres from the front door. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when we encountered a small personal problem. He helped us immensely.
There were 2 flights of stairs to navigate, but having lived in Amsterdam as a kid, I was well aware of how to navigate them… at my age (79) having walking difficulties,
The studio was spacious enough for 2 and had all the necessities for our 6 day stay prior to a 2 week cruise.
We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights (48h parking).
Zandvoort is beautiful but pretty expensive.
E.g. 0.5L Heineken beer = 7,40€ in the nicer places right at the beach. of course you pay some more for the location but imho 5€/0.5L would've been enough. Same with food, the further away from the beach, the more affordable it gets. Definitely go get some fries in the town, both places make great fries!

A great little seaside place full of energy and good vibes.
A great little seaside place full of energy and good vibes. The beach was lovely and clean. Ideal also as a base for visiting Haarlem (easily accessible via train). The dunes with their hiking and bicycle paths looked inviting but we didn't have enough time to visit them.

Zandvoort is my favourite place.
Zandvoort is my favourite place. I always feel like I’m at home when I visit. There are lots of places to go walking (particularly in the dunes) or cycling. A good variety of shops, great public transport. And Frites D’Anvers sells the best fries!!!!!
Breakfast is plentiful, there is enough of everything for every taste. There is something to see in every corner : stuffed animals, statues, buddhas, angels, plants, paintings, an aquarium, vintage everywhere. Hairdryer in the bathroom, magnifying mirror. Minibar, television and electric kettle in the bedroom. Staff is polite, even nice at times. Location is good, everything is close by. I think my favorite part of this hotel is the cuckoo clock in the breakfast room. Which is a weird thing to like most in a hotel.
Very Cool Hotel, definitely unusual with lots of character. Good choice of breakfast, and great strong coffee to set you up for the day. Very clean, and I was lucky enough to have a balcony with my room for my 5 night stay. Ideal location only a few mins walk from the beach front and the centre of town with various shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Very affordable, I will definitely be coming back to stay in Hotel Hoogland on my next trip to Zandvoort with my friends.
The location is such a sweet place. Beach House style with lovely details and everything in a great shape. Miriam and Robert are such kind persons, so friendly and great hosts. Nice and quite area of Zandvoort and really close to the beach, beach bars (Hippie Fish and Kayuca) and City Centre.
If there will be air conditioning in the studio next year , it would be perfect !!!
We visited in March! The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, lots of towels, coffee, toilet paper all was there! To have your own parking space in Zandvoort is rare! The location is perfect like 5 walk to city center and beach! 2 min walk and you are in the dunes great place for walking your dog! Our host was very friendly and helpful we will definitely book again!
We liked everything about this apartment. Karina was very communicative and we appreciated her helpful suggestions, not just about Zandvoort and Amsterdam but Paris too, which we went to after Amsterdam. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book here again for a stay in Zandvoort.
We enjoyed the one, ground level, cottage like facility in the side yard of this property. It was a great place to wind down our Europe trip and get to the beach finally, after a month of lousy weather. The room was cozy and light with all the facilities necessary to prepare our own food.
Excellent location for a "home base" to explore Zandvoort, great hosts. While it's true that I needed to go up several stairs to get to my room, I got the hang of it rather quickly and it wasn't a big deal for me as I left in the morning only to return in the evening anyway. 🙂
Free upgrade to a suite (thank you) which was spacious and clean with very nice facilities. Staff friendly and helpful - including communications before visit. Hotel easy to find and right on Zandvoort’s long sandy beach. F1 circuit about a 15-20 min walk along the beach
The room was beautiful and spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was very kind and made sure we had everything we need. Everything was clean and taken care of. The train station is really close (3 minutes of walking) so you can get to Amsterdam in only 30 minutes.
The location was fantastic! Right on the beach and bar/restaurant next door with excellent food
Race circuit of Zandvoort ‘next door’.
Staff was super friendly and service minded.
Thank you all, Jennifer
Hotel was very comfortable, rooms was very nice. We had no breakfast. The location was good, 5min walk to the beach. Near restaurants and caffes. The bottle of wife like a present in the room.
Placement is perfect 10 min to the city centre and 3 min to the beach.
Apartment is very cozy
Monkey town, trampoline, bowling etc. at the same building with hotel.
Beachhouse Engelbert is a 1 x bedroom in Zandvoort. Compact but spacious enough to be very comfortable. Very well equipped and in a convenient central location.
