The most welcome like was the service by the staff at allegro, ( specially during the Wednesday buffet dinner, where I brought my elderly parents and some other family members in) the main pool guard, the bellboy, the crew on the seaside for jet skis and other activities, The most hated we had was during check in ...where Theressa at reception was rude, unhelpful, the tune of her voice is so UNWELLING to help the guest.
