This is our second time at this hotel, and we were made very welcome again. The room was lovely and clean. Very comfortable throughout. It has a massive bath and walk-in shower. It also has a fantastic view of the ships that dock there. Will definitely be going again.

Great place to stay in Liverpool for football fans couples or just for a visit to the city. I stay here regularly whenever I travel over to watch Liverpool matches. Great rooms with tv hair dryer shower etc. comfy beds. Right in the centre of the city about 5 minute walk from William square and about 15 mins walk from Liverpool One. Staff are always friendly and cannot do enough to help you.

Perfect location for us, not far from places of interest, nice quiet location.Breakfast was really nice, lots of choice.
Dirty! Felt like someone lived there. No internet, old used washing facilities. Garden you couldn’t step out into. Past 5pm before we were able to enter. No communication with owner?. Rubbish under sofas along with dirty laundry.

Francos italian restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner - we had breakfast there on a couple of occasions and dinner once.. Al Amin Indian takeaway was excellent - delicious take away which we used several times. Defne Turkish restaurant - we ate there 4 times whilst at Aintree.
Parking in Melling avenue was no trouble at all even though it was not on a private parking space.
The train station was only a couple of minutes away on foot for trains from Liverpool to Southport - so very convenient even if you did not have a car.
The main road took you quickly to any locations around the area - so exploring was easy.
The house was easy to access, it was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet location. All basics required for the kitchen. The bathroom had everything we required and there was plenty of storage. There were some nice restaurants at the end of the road. Within walking distance of Aintree race course. Ideal location to head in to Liverpool City Centre
we stayed there as a base whilst attending a show at aintree it had everything we needed to make the weekend comfortable
beds were comfortable bedding was clean
