The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Murree is good for a day trip as there is not much to do. The only place to go for visit is the mall road. I suggest mall road walk during the afternoon/evening. Food is very expensive and parking is like buying Gold.
