Unexpectedly nice for someone like me who, most of the time, prefers an apartment to these big all-inclusive hotels. I don't know how it could be during the summer peak, but in the relative calm of spring it was a very good experience.

Cala Ratjada was a lovely little harbour town that can be explored by foot in a day. There is plenty of trips and excursions to do from the harbour and the bus was easy to use to get to other towns.
Plenty of restaurants along the harbour front and bars. Area feels safe to walk around at night.

You can access fewer interest points from here (at least by bus) than from the west coast. Still well connected by buses to get to important points such as Cuevas del Drach (dragon caves) -not to be missed in the south (Porto Cristo) or Rafael Nadal museum in Manacor, or Alcudia in the north. Plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, markets nearby and some minor beaches. Less crowded than the big resorts on the west coast. I heard more talking in german here than on the west coast (though speaking English you won't have a problem here). Quieter area than the big resorts, but still a decent nightlife in October here. Very safe, I liked it here.

Very touristic place, with loads of Germans and English tourists. We were looking mostly for local experiences, so we only stayed here for one night which was just enough. The food prices were quite high, to be expected when this area is so popular. Most resaturants catered for what the tourists were looking for and not as much local traditional food. The beach isn't too clean, it is filled with plastic trash, yet everyone seemed to be bothered only with the seaweed, which is entirely natural.

This charming seaside town is touristic, but not too crowded even at peak season. Though it's across the island from the airport you can easily get there using the shuttles that leave frequently at all hours, but have your hotel reserve in advance. The beaches and walking paths are lovely, and there are many shops and restaurants. Do not plan on changing currencies there. Money exchanges are almost nonexistent and charge 30% commission. We stayed 4 days, but a week would've been ok.

Cala Ratjada is tourist spot with everything you need especially for families.
People are extremely friendly so you feel that you're welcome. Prices are normal, not the cheapest, not too expensive but definitely you get your moneys worth.
From local cuisine, to some serious barbecue, you can find it all.
We have amazing stay. Peacefull place, with amazing views, tasty kitchen ( mainly dinner was perfect, every day different kitchen ). Hotel have many places to spend time in different pool with differest atmosphere. Room was nice and quiet in the night with nice balcony. Parking is easy on the road and city centre is about 10-15 min by walk. Beautiful beach Cala Agulla is 15 min by walk. Hotel make music program every night and every day was many fitness trainigs. Very good service about trips and everything and nice reception.
Hotel was very good and would look to return. Breakfast and dinner were superb with lots of options. The swimming pools were excellent and our 3 year old grandson had a great time in them.
The hotel rooms if you have a garden facing provide a good view, but some rooms at the back of the hotel might not have such a good outlook. The rooms themselves are very spacious, clean and well maintained.
The location of the hotel is only about 10 minutes walk to the beach or town centre.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
The hotel and its staff were all great! Including comfortable room and great/ exceptional food! (We had breakfast and dinner). We had a sea/ terrace view from our room which was amazing. Loved everything about the hotel. I even got allergic reaction during my stay and hotel prepared a food to take to my room (smoothies, soups etc). Staff was extremely kind to us. Hotel is close to the Agulla beach (Cala Agulla) - great beach with a clean water. You can go through the town or behind the hotel along the coast.
Hotel front is in a great spot overlooking the sea, the pool is a decent size for the sunbathing area. We liked that it was out of town a little, a nice 20 minute walk along the seafront and you were in Cala Ratjada. It was my birthday when staying there and we received a bottle of cava upon our return from a day out. They give you clean pool towels during the day. There were plenty of hand sanitizer stations around the entire hotel, everywhere felt clean which is great during the pandemic.
Everyone at the hotel makes sure you have the best experience, helpful, thoughtful and always kind with us. Everything clean and well taken care of. The breakfast and dinners are simply outstanding!!! The swimming pool great and the most beautiful beach at walking distance. Family oriented 100% and the best quality of service. The best food, the best customer service, great location, facilities, very satisfied.
We got upgraded room to apartman in other part of hotel that is over the street (no problem for us, because it was away from noice)
Breakfasts were good for 3 days, the croissants were the best, we would appreciate more vegetables and fruit to choose from
Personal at reception was kind and helpful
Parking in street, always space near the hotel
Beautiful beaches few minutes away
This is a very nice small hotel with nice location and nice balcony. It is some 7 minutes away from wonderful Agulla beach and 10 min to Cala Ratjada port where you can find a lot of nice restaurants. Rooms are big and comfortable.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Overall the price/quality ratio is excellent.
Modern, simply furnished clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast and dinner. Sympathetic and communicative staff. Quality Wifi. Good location in the center of town that pulsates with youth and holiday mood. Nearby is one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca - Cala Mesquida.
The staff were great , very nice and professional. I like the location it was a little bit away from busy area and my room was quiet. The AC in my room was by far the best of all 3 hotels I stayed at in Mallorca. The breakfast was good.
The breakfast was tasty, well presented and very fresh. Great way to start your day the atmosphere was lovely, the staff are kind personal and care about your comfort.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Large, busy hotel but had a lovely room overlooking the small beach across the road
Extensive buffet for dinner and breakfast with very attentive cooks
Large pool and spa facilities
Minimal parking
Very helpful employees in the reception,we wanted to change the room to 2 nd floor and they changed it right away, after we came back from the beach all was ready.
Great hotel,stuff,place to stay!!!
The location, in front of the beach. This is the only reason I choose this hotel.
Breakfast was good , quite diverse, for everyone's taste. The watermelon was delicious !
Everything was good in first week but second week looks like a challenge as Internet is either very poor or non existent in some of the rooms. Best to check if important.
