I liked the fact that it was quite a small compact resort with all amenities just off the main pedestrian street but watch out for the many electric scooters around! Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Have been coming to Corralejo for 6 yrs, we find it a very friendly place. Good shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Lovely beach, which you can walk for miles on.. Plenty of places along beach to stop and have a drink/eat. Always some water sports to watch , which is truly amazing. We recently stayed for the first time at Oasis Papagayo, will definitely be going back. The pool is fantastic and a lovely pool bar. Separate children's pool too.

Corralejo is a neat resort town.
Corralejo is a neat resort town. Lots of great bars & restaurants. Several contrasting beaches & tides. Lots of water related activities and sports. There is a thriving live mustic scene. Food & drink prices are also very reasonable.. There are some great apartments to rent and a good supply of supermarkets at 40% cheaper prices than the UK. We spend 6 weeks a year here mostly in the winter but right now, in May, the town is nice and quiet!JimUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
Relaxed feel to the resort.
Relaxed feel to the resort. Great food and lots of bars in the squares and on the sea-front. Great location for families, couples and lots of water sport activities to choose from. Compact resort and you can catch regular ferries to neighbouring Lanzarote and Isla Los Lobos. Great for shopping too. All your holiday essentials, high end and moderate priced shops for clothing. Traditional craft goods and the usual holiday gifts all available.

We have stayed in Corralejo seven times now and love the resort.. A walk on the beach into town each night to eat with so much choice and easy, reasonably priced Taxi home The CAMPINARIO close the villa also has great choices for lunch and shopping Always take the coast road from the Airport as the views are extraordinary A great place to people watch and relax ... something for everyoneStevenUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Food was good with a nice variety of options everyday and fresh veggies and fruit. Cocktails were ok, drinks good but the best, the staff! I had my doubts about the rooms after reading opinions but the room was nice size, large bathroom and beds were ok actually. The hotel needs a refurb but you can tell they have recently painted rooms. I stayed in the mail building. Rooms facing the other Riu have less noise than the other ones. Overall, a nice stay. I would deffo repeat

It was also spotless and had everything an apartment needs. Air-con was essential and very good. The hosts were charming and very helpful. I scored the facilities a star down because this is not a full service hotel. HOWEVER, within 100 metres of our front door were at least 6 pubs (most serving great food) and 3 of those were on the beach!!!. The beach is 15 steps from the front gate. Main strip 1 minute away and the old town begins about 4 minutes away

It has a small garden in front and outdoors furniture at the back, and a roof terrace where you can sit protected from the wind and glimpse the sea. It's just 50 meters from Playa de los Verilitos, a great windsurfing beach for beginner and intermediate wind/wing surfers. There are nice restaurants and a surf rental place right on the beach. The rest of Corralejo is within a comfortable walking distance.

Short walking distance to beach bars, restaurants and the center of Corralejo. Surfing anyone? Go right to the surfing schools and book yourself a training package. My adult kids enjoyed it very much. This was our second stay in La Golondrina.
