The hotel was lovely - clean, bright and airy, with modern decor. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good, allergens labelled at the buffet which was helpful. Entertainment one evening by Nigel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, I slept well for the most part. There was a variety of other people staying - younger and older couples, families with adult children, groups of friends and solo travellers. I did not feel like I stood out as a lone traveller. Spa facilities were a nice touch and it was good to have the option of something else to do in the hotel when the weather wasn’t so good one day when I was staying. Convenient location within walking distance of the old town and the beach and port, as well as a decent-sized Lidl very close by. I felt it was good value for money and even for a short stay, I enjoyed myself very much.

Beautiful beach.
Beautiful beach. We like walking, so walked in either direction next stunning beaches or wonderful vistas. We walked to Alcudia for the market on Tuesday (and Sunday). We caught the bus to Palma which was easy peasy. Although we did have to stand as so busy. But that wasn't too bad. We got a seat on the way back.
We decided to get the bus back to the airport on our last day (rather than a taxi. Again, easy peasy.
All in all, great location, plenty to do for what we wanted. We had some great lunchtime and evening meals.

lovely beach and gently sloping so very good and safe for children. Good shopping and lovely marina. Good value eating for the most part but some places seem to be trying to charge quite a lot for average food and drink but if you shop around you soon find the places that are better value.

Port part of alcudia was not interesting.
Port part of alcudia was not interesting. Just old warehouse shops with really bad lighting. Reminiscent of the bad past. The beach was very small and part of the port. I wouldn’t choose it for a holiday. Old town was really lovely to stroll and have a meal.
Alcudia bay stretches to beautiful beaches.

Beautiful, clean , safe and comfortably buzzing area with many varieties of restaurants all amazing. Beach not too crowded , clean sand and fantastic sea temperature and cleanliness .
Would go back any day .
Restaurants on the seafront are fabulous , recommend booking table during the day before your evening meal .
Public toilets are available and free on the beach in connections with the various beach bars .
Child friendly surroundings as the sea shallow and sand clean and soft .
The beach and ocean by the hotel are great! The pool area was big enough and even in July had no issues finding chairs mid morning. We had the half board included and the food was always really good. They had a huge breakfast selection with a little of everything and there was a different theme each night for dinner so you didn't see the same thing each night (Italian, Asian, etc). The staff was helpful with a recommendation on a hike. We also set up the private transfer through the hotel ahead of time which was great.
Very nice place to stay 🌞 Room was big enough for the whole family (2 adults + 2 kids), breakfast was decent, lovely view from the balcony (we stayed on the pool side). There are 3 pools in total - big not heated pool, a bit smaller heated pool and very small kids pool (not heated). There is a very nice sandy beach just ~100m from the hotel. Parking is free in the street (at least in March when we stayed there). There is a SPA and gym (though, we did not visit them). Very polite and nice staff 😊
NOT RECOMENDED!!! It was terrible, it was the worst hotel I’ve seen in my entire life, they told me at the reception that it was a 3-minute walk to my room, I walked alone at night with suitcases along a dark street without lights through parking lots with bad roads for 1.5 km, I fell several times and my suitcase is broken! the room was terribly dirty... in the end I only managed to sleep 3 hours due to noisy neighbors! Terrible place!!!!
All staff is so hard working at this hotel and very friendly and helpful.each one of them made us feel very welcome.
Perfect family hotel, lovely and clean.food amazing and drink good quality.rooms dates but very spacious.perfect location on the beach.
Our first stay at a iberostar and they certainly didn’t disappoint.already booked for next year 😊
The hotel was fabulous, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent, with very good quality food and great variety. The menu was changed daily. Our junior suite room was unique, we had our own spa in the room, a very comfortable bed, nice soft towels and excellent everyday cleaning service!
The hotel itself is lovely and on a gorgeous position right on the beach! There is a large Choice of food which is great.
Getting a sunbed around the pool and on the beach is an absolute nightmare!! Be prepared to get up early to reserve a bed. I have to sit on the floor on the first day which wasn’t ideal being 6 months pregnant.
The ideal location and accommodation for a sport vacation. A bike rental across the street, a natural park for hiking and running at 3km and just a 5min walk from a gorgeous beach. After an active day of training you can rest in the beautiful hotel garden and enjoy a nice dinner buffet.
The hotel is located on the beach so you just go through the hotel and you are on the beach. Really good location. Room looked really nice and spacious and new. It was really a nice stay and a hotel. I really recommend to stay here! Good location and amazing hotel
Friendly, helpful staff: from reception through the hotel.
Breakfast was excellent. Loads of choices: fresh, local fare, cooked & chilled, juices, porridge etc.
Spacious room and balcony.
Connected facility for cycling - storage, supplies and a mechanic.
The hotel had a really nice vibe about the place, it looks great and is in a fab location! Nice pool to go for a dip after a long day out and around Majorca ☺️ Very kind staff who made us feel welcome.
great location, new and clean hotel. we had a small suite so room size was great. staff was helpful. no early checkout but we could freshen up in spa area before our flight. massage was wonderful.
We stayed just one night as we were passing through Alcudia. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the hotel was very well positioned and very clean. We would definitely stay here again
Very spaceious rooms, huge balcony, excellent breakfast and nice and helpful staff. I would reccomend the stay. The hotel is a great starting point for bikers and hikers.
