We were having a meeting downstairs so location was excellent!. We have a nice bright room, comfortable king size bed and it was quiet so we had an excellent nights rest!!

Not one thing, it was incredibly dirty. First room was super moldy, and the second "recently cleaned" unit wasn't much better. I had to bring my own cleaning supplies to feel even a little bit comfortable staying there for the week.

Motel location is good if you are attending a function at the SOEC.

Due to work commitments, we had to arrive at this inn close to 11pm at night. Remarkably, the manager who should have finished by 9pm, was there waiting for us, providing seamless communication throughout, ensuring that even on a snowy night, a light was there to guide us.
Despite being a small inn with only fifteen rooms, the decor exuded sophistication and professionalism, with consumables sourced from British and Italian brands. The beds were just the right balance of soft and firm, incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and tidy. The coffee and tea provided in the room were exceptional.
Located opposite a lake, the hotel offers numerous water activities in the summer and even has a water park open during the warmer months. It's just a five-minute walk from the airport.

Estelle checked me in. I was too tired to take advantage
of the close proximity of the walking paths and lake. The room was exceptionally clean, the pillows, sheets and bed were awesome. what I did notice was the extra large fridge. Perfect if you are staying longer and like to have fresh foods. those regular bar fridges just don't cut it. For the price, I feel it was real value. Wish I could have stayed longer.
I would stay there again for sure.
Located in Penticton city centre, this hostel is within 10 minutes’ walk of several restaurants and bars. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests’ use. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi.

I liked that it was quiet and I got a room to myself.

There are some gorgeous parts on the edges of Penticton and the outskirts, like right down by the water, around Skaha, and Naramata. Inner Penticton offers lots of excellent and unique shopping opportunities. There are many walking and hiking opportunities, and their museum (in the Library) is among the best I've ever visited. However, there is a considerable problem with the homeless population which grows and grows. I'm concerned for them, clueless as to how to help, but also I feel uncomfortable and (at times) unsafe as I'm informed that the drug problem plays a part, and drugs make people unpredictable.

Just went there to explore some of the back roads around Penticton- OK Falls-Oliver Osoyoos area. I didn’t go there for the beaches or night life. BTW if you need emergency care for any reason don’t waste your time with walk in Clinics. Go straight to Hospital Emergency. At least you are dealing with professionals.

This is an absolutely gorgeous vacation place , love it and we go back every summer … I specially like going during their Peach Frstival, lots of activities and shows to see …. My favourite are the free night concerts, it’s a great place to enjoyed with friends and family ( even the teens/ young adults like it)
Everything is close by so you can walk everywhere, the beach and beautiful lake just steps away from most motels …. It’s a magnificent place to visit
Lots of great dinner options and most motels units have a little kitchen, you can save by cooking breakfast and lunch , snacks, drinks etc .
WE LOVE PENTICTON 🥰🥰🥰

Despite a disappointing hotel we stayed in, we thoroughly enjoyed renting e-bikes and traveling the KVR for 6 hours. Visited the Abandoned Rail Brewing Co. and enjoyed a cold beer after a long and hot ride. Also try the Neighbourhood Brewing pub in town for great food!
It was Peach Fest weekend, so the free music concert in the park was nice on a warm, breezy evening.

Touristy town with beautiful sandy beaches and a refreshing breeze. The Slumber Lodge is in a great location directly across from the beach. Everything is in close proximity and is very walkable. Check out Gyro Park (host to numerous events), the Farmers' Market and all the wonderful shopping and dining experiences. For some great Mexican food and atmosphere we recommend Tequilla Vallarta on Main Street. We look forward to our next visit!!!

Perfect location for an e-bike trip, Penticton is very central to the amazing network of Okanagan cycling trails. We did 158km in 3 days, cycling Penticton-Naramata, Chute Lake-Myra Canyon (Chute Lake area NOT recommended for cycling) and Oliver-Osoyoos. Penticton had everything we needed in terms of services and the hotel we stayed at was ideal. Most noteworthy: EVERYONE in this town (and I'm not referring to tourists, but locals) seems so HAPPY. Must be one of the most smiley-happy places. Loved our stay and the friendly people.
I booked this room for my son who was stranded in Penticton because of the wildfires and he had been told it would be 2 days before he would get a flight out. He was in the room resting while talking to WestJet trying to figure out what was going on...he found out he would be able to fly out of Kelowna IN 3 HOURS!! He had to leave right away by cab!! He was not giving a discount of any kind to help out.
It was Close to the beach and this was potentially the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My children noted what looked like a vomit stain on the couch. Tv was ridiculous.. the running joke was who wants to watch a show on the little Tv box. Lol. We made the best of it and the staff were fine but shape up or ship out and ship that one out and on down or maybe gut it and start over.
Staff were really friendly and the room was fantastic. Room was very clean , bed very comfortable, even had a balcony which was great. hotel is a perfect location to stay when going to watch hockey, and close to the lake with lots of options for food close by. Very good value for money, will definately stay here again.
Location is highly convenient and in a nice area, quiet at night etc. Walking distance to Main St. & Lk Okanagan hotel.
The 3-bedroom suite 67, is large and comfortable. Stove works well and is clean, so does microwave. Beds v. comfortable.
Fridge spacious and clean. Coffee machine worked well.
I have stayed at this hotel for decades now. I keep coming back here because it feels more like home than any other hotelI can think of except the Coast Prince George which I rate the same as this hotel. Great room-decent TV ( better than when it was a Coast Hotel) love the showers and jetted tub.
This Lodge is situated directly across from the beautiful beach in Penticton. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable affording us a good sleep. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. There was a fridge, coffee maker and a fairly quiet air conditioner; all working as they should.
Very good hotel for family with limited income , especially for kids to enjoy swimming also they have all you need to cook for your family inside and enjoy BBQ outside for free . Honestly I will book this hotel as long I come to Okanagan area . Thanks for the management and working stuff
The breakfast was amazing! The eggs had cheese or peppers and onions in them each day, bacon was thick sliced and delicious. The staff were super kind and helpful. The environment was safe and welcoming and very family-friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel!
I love the place, the room is very comfortable and clean. It is in front of the lake. I had walks. I am vegan and there is a restaurant closed to the hotel that offer nice vegan hamburgers. This is my second time in this hotel. I will stay there in my next trip.
Across from the lake. Barking Parrot outside on the lake at the Hotel. Saturday Farmers Market 2 blocks away. Walk along Okanagan Lake every day. Close to canal boat rides. Close to Casino. To top it off great location
The location is amazing, the staff is amazing, the restaurants are amazing, the view is amazing. I will never stay anywhere else in Penticton, we absolutely loved it and will be back!
This old motel is ideally placed in Penticton very near the beach and pubs/restaurants. It is a little throwback to the 60's/ 70's when you did vacations with your family.
Mike the chef, Ben the general manager and Jaden the BBQ Meistro made sure that the guest felt very special and welcome in the restaurant and in the hotel.
Thank you guys!
The location of this property is great! Right beside the lake and close to many places to grab something to eat. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating.
