We’ve stayed here before and it’s always clean and the staff are very friendly. It’s right on the highway and so no view but for a night stop on route it’s good value for money.

Just passing through on our trip from Victoria to Calgary, so no real sightseeing or other recreational activities. As we came in rather late, we just had a quick meal at Tim Hortons (so-so quality) and went to our room. Sicamous itself seems like a quaint peaceful town.

Sicamous is a lovely town in any season.
Sicamous is a lovely town in any season. Whether for the lake and camping in the warmer months, or the sledding and hot pools in the winter, Sicamous is a little gem with something to do for everyone.

I appreciated they had actual breakfast not bagged stuff we didn't want to eat. I was grateful to have a ground-floor room as we had to repack our car. Only lacked in quietness but that was guests above us and their dog not really hotels fault.

We were going to stay at the Super 8 but it was trashy, then found the Paradise motel, and what a gem. It’s spotless, quiet, old school. I wish they made motels like this still. Sat outside all evening. Great music by the pool. Owner is great. Sicamous is a great spot.

Sicamous is a very relaxing and friendly place to go too.
Sicamous is a very relaxing and friendly place to go too. It’s a city but, the people is so friendly like a small town. Lots of walking trails. We were there for about a week and we walked everywhere we wanted to go.
Booked by hotel. Com and their site was POOR. It did not give me a confirmation for 1/2 her so I called and they said there was none under my name so I tried again and it went through. I got there and the owner said he had two confirmations
When I explained what happened he cancelled one and handled the dealing with the agency. For my troubles he upgraded me to a suite. Very pleased with his understanding. I will book direct next time and get better service with less aggravation.
We stayed at the Pines for one night on our way to Calgary. It's a basic and very charming motel just off the highway. The room was immaculately clean, bed and pillows were great, Keurig coffee was available just outside of the office and although it's located near the highway, it was very quiet. We'll choose the Pines again next time we're driving through Sicamous.
We were greeted by the pleasant manager and he upgraded us to a kitchenette as we stayed 5 nights. This was very helpful! The beds were comfortable. The furniture etc is very dated but the most important to us was that it was clean! Everything worked and it was quiet. Hotels are expensive in the Sushwap in summer so we did not expect luxury.
A clean, family run little motel. Pet friendly and did not charge extra for our dog. There is an off leash dog park just over the river. Our unit actually had two rooms.
There are some pretty dodgy dives on the TransCanada Highway. This is not one. Older but well maintained, honest, clean, welcoming place.
The hotel is well kept for an older hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Coffee in the room .The breakfast was a continental, toast bagels cereal and oatmeal , frozen waffles , yogurt coffee and juice . There was always hot coffee in the lobby. Good price.
Excellent location for central Sicamous and the river front.
Clean and comfortable..
The rooms and breakfast are basic, but good value for money.
We have stayed here on several occasions and will again.
The attention to detail. Little things needed in the washroom were there, two bottles of bottled water, and unflawed cleanliness were more than some chain motels we stayed at on our journey across Canada.
This was my first overnight stay in Sicamous, great location, clean room, AC worked very well, on top of all that, the owner Chris was super friendly and helpful, I will definitely come back 😄
