The stay happened during the war, and for an ability to operate in this time, providing both for internally displaced people from all over the border housed at the hotel, and for the guests, the hotel shall be commended.
🏨 The room was nice, clean, with a nice balcony with a view. The bathroom had a large bathtub. It was very quiet, and wi-fi worked well.
📷 There's access to the roof with a great panoramic view (for now at least, as there's construction going on in front of the hotel).
🍳 The breakfast is great, with much variety, and with good timing. I was warned not to be late, but even arriving ten minutes before breakfast end everything was available.
🗺️ The hotel is within a short walk to the bus terminal, and the promenade with public beaches are just meters away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
💸 The price for the stay was very reasonable. Note that if you are not an Israeli citizen the price would be without VAT and even better.

From the moment I arrived at Leonardo, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that was maintained throughout my entire stay. The staff here are truly exceptional - courteous, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. This commitment to service greatly contributed to the overall enjoyment of my vacation.
The room was a delightful surprise, beautifully appointed, and maintained to the highest standard, It was spotless, comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Every detail in the room was well thought out and added to my comfort.
Moreover, the view from the room was nothing short of breathtaking. waking up to such beauty each day was invigorating and set the tone for a pleasant day ahead. Whether day or night, the vista was picturesque and a testament to the hotel's prime location.
My positive experience at Leonardo was a significant factor in enhancing my vacation. it was not just a place to stay but a place that enriched my travel experience. Tiberias is not just a great place to experience the Sea of Galilee but also offers a lot to see in terms of Biblical history. A boat trip on the sea is a must. The shops and food in the area are delicious and affordable. Great place to visit. Need at least 3 days here to see enough.

The city of Tiberias itself was fairly typical of Israeli towns, busy, crowded, traffic and impatient drivers. However, the view of the Sea of Galilee is amazing from anywhere around the sea's 70 miles, or so perimeter road. We stayed at the Gomeh Isrotel Resort on the northern section of the sea, away from Tiberias. It was an awesome and relaxing stay. Highly recommended. Also, check out the great date farm and store on the southern end of the sea, called Tamar Bakfar

Value priced which was good. What wasn't so good:
This is a 4th floor walk up, so NOT for people who have foot issues. The room smelled. The place is not updated, and you share everything with 4 OTHER RENTALS. The area is pretty grungy.

Not a lot to do these days other than going the the beaches all around the sea of Galilei. The boardwalk is now just as it is in my memories from 20-30 years ago... But if want a good place to travel in the area - it's great.

I just love Tiberias!!!!!
I just love Tiberias!!!!! The scenic view of the entire Sea of Galilee especially if one is on the elevation is so mesmerizing. More hotel options around the area, transportation is easily accessible.
We were surrounded by the atmosphere of old times because the museum of Donna Gracia. The furniture in the lobby and corridors was ancient and beautiful. The ceilling was high. There was a lot of air and space outdoors. The corridor on our floor is wide with picture paintings on the walls and with benches near the coffee tables. At the morning we had a nice breakfast. There were two coffee machines with different tastes and toast maker.
The hotel is close to the embankment and situated in the old Tiberias.
I am Mr. Jalal Masa’deh from Jordan. I visited Tiberias and booked a hotel, as it was one of the most beautiful areas that I visited. I visited many countries, but I felt happy with the good reception in Tiberias and the wonderful atmosphere. The hotel services were more than wonderful and everything was wonderful. I did not expect these services from the hotel at all. The rooms, the pool, the wonderful view, and the food are wonderful. Thank you for everything , special thanks for Mr munther
The hotel's fresh new look and cleanliness offer a sense of lavishness that seems to be on par with today's leading hotels abroad. The food there is amazing!!! You must have a night at the restaurant - Excellent food which your tastebuds haven't yet had the chance to familiarize with accompanied by a dedicated service. Plus, the location sits right on the Sea of Galilee, and the complementing architecture of the hotel, gives you resort vibes from the moment you pop in on a sunny day.
We truly like the flat. Modern apartment with all the amenities. It was the most spacious flat during our stay in Israel. Great value for money, central location, just a walk to the lake. Nice balcony with fantastic views. Free 24 hrs parking. Easy checkin. Also the host Yossi was of great help, ready to answer any request. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to explore Tiberias, Magdala or Capernaum. Its all very close!
The place has the feel of a lived in family home, but everything is super clean, spacious, and with a great view of Sea of Galilee from the balcony.
But you take your chances with this place. My first night was tranquil, with guests in only one other room. The 2nd night was pure chaos, since a large Israeli family had rented rooms, with 12? People, including 6 small children and a dog.
The hotel was modern, bright and very clean. And compared to the hotel next door, which we originally booked but had to leave because of bad quality, was incredible value. Samira on the front desk was really helpful and friendly… dealing with her made up for the bad customer service next door and left a good impression for Tiberias with us.
When we arrived to the hotel the reception manager and his staff were very kind gave us a comfortable room has a nice view to the lake. Food was excellent in the breakfast room..
The hotel was nice clean and near the beach. I advise who's looking for quite good hotel to go their.
Spacious hostel only steps from the kinneret. Large kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful rooftop with an amazing view. The hostel is spotlessly clean. The cameras, and keyed entry made me feel very secure. Staff were wonderful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in northern Israel.
The hotel buildings and gardens are amazing. the staff are with very high service awareness.
we both had a massage in the spa with different masseurs and both were very professional.
Lake view is beautiful.
...and the food...absolutely gorgeous!
The private beach was small but the hotel is not very crowded. The beach has nice calm water for the baby to play in. The concierge was very helpful and truly the best of the staff. He helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband.
Beautiful, comfortable, and interesting. Exceptional effort on details, and very clean. Kosher beakfast was fantastic, perhaps the best we've ever had at any establishment. A nice historic experience, complete with Israeli pride.
Breakfast was excellent. Good quality food and excellent selection. Staff at hotel was friendly and helpful. Especially Anita at reception desk. She provided excellent service and was extra welcoming and helpful!
The room was spectacular and the view over lake Tiberias was amazing. The rooms were wonderfully quiet. The food was great, breakfast buffet was superb. The Golan Terrace was a real treat.
The pool was nice! The ice cream soft drink bar by the pool was ok convenient. There is a convenient store a block from the hotel if you need some things to purchase for your stay.
