The manager, Sami, provided an exceptionally warm welcome, which set a positive tone for our visit. His professionalism and courteous demeanor were truly remarkable, and we were very impressed when he offered us a complimentary upgrade due to a slight delay with our room. This gesture demonstrated genuine care for guest satisfaction.
The resort itself is quite stunning. The tranquility of the location paired with the excellent facilities, especially the swimming pool, made for a very relaxing environment. The staff at the pool were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to our enjoyment.

I had a wonderful weekend stay at the Millennium Resort Salalah. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sami who went above and beyond. The food prices were very reasonable, and I'll definitely be returning. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salalah!

The all inclusive option was great for people who want to take most of their meals at the resort. The resort is not close to the center of the town. The shuttle bus times to the beach were limited The resort supplied no wash cloths.

Salalh is not ready to tourists. a very poor area along the coast, dirty apartments, the food is mostly street food. locals are often not friendly and can be aggressive. Taxi drivers at the airport are generally trash. The local nature is beautiful, but if there is a car. you can't swim from June to October, it's terrible. There are no promenades, parks for walking. There is nothing to see and very expensive prices. In general, I do not recommend it. In my list of countries, this country is in last place.

Salalah is a very beautiful place with amazing nature including mountains, deserts and beach. It has a reach history and culture which is somehow deferment than Muscat with its tribal traditions, delicious food and green areas. Visitors must enjoy picnics on the mountains to see waterfalls and wadis. Special camel meat (Madhbi) is one the best to me as well as many modern restaurants and coffee shops everywhere. Add on that the people of Salalah are very kind and friendly welcome the guest
First of all, I want to thank the hotel for the unexpected upgrade, I was very pleased, since I was in Oman for the first time. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and what I noticed is that as in very expensive hotels with high standards they give everything with two hands which shows their hospitality, that’s a little but very nice thing! The room was very clean and very comfortable, especially the chic huge bed. Definitely if I visit Salalah again I will stay there!
Very nice, new looking hotel at the west end of Salalah. you definitely need a car when you staying in this hotel but you need it in Salalah anyway. The staff is great, the breakfast is delicious. In five minutes drive there is a big supermarket and in 15 minutes you can get to the city easily. Perfect starting point to explore the surroundings, places of interest and it is always a pleasure to arrive back to this hotel after a long day with full of experiences.
* Very close to shops & restaurants (food was delicious and amazingly cheap)
* Some of the attractions are within walking distance.
* The optional 1 omani riyal breakfast was quite good.
* The lounge area and the lobby were pleasant. We enjoyed sitting in the quiet and well maintained lounge to take our breakfast.
* Staff were very friendly and polite.
* Towels and toiletries were provided.
Very spacious, beautiful, comfortable and clean room. We really enjoyed our stay there. Everything perfect. The value for money was awesome but I don't know if the price increases during the Salalah season. My travel was not in high season. The breakfast was fantastic and we had a great contentment swimming in their lovely pool. For sure if I travel again to Salalah, I will reside at this hotel.
I came from Yemen which has fairly scrappy hotels so the Salalah International seemed that much better by comparison. The room was large with big windows on 2 sides. Good wifi. The Syrian receptionist had good English and went out of his way to help including calling a cab to get me to the airport the next day. The room was quiet. Very comfortable bed after the extra hard mattresses of Yemen.
One of the best property to stay in salalah during khareef Seasons, staffs here were very sophesticated and friendly . Rooms were very spacious similar to Apartments best for family stay.
Especially thanks to Manisha sister for helping me out with my wrong entry in Booking.com and brother firas for kind omani guesture.
I will be coming back on august, see you all soon.
The food was good, friendly and helpfull staff, clean room and with all the things you need. Close to Salalah Mall (5-7 min of walking) where there is a supermarket with decent prices. Outside the hotel there is a bus stop (conveniant if you want to Take the bus to the Airport - we paid 1.2 rial for two people).
We booked a pool view chalet, everything was superb be it staff food cleanliness etc, except.our trip was ruined by the flies in the chalet and breakfast area which were so so so annoying.. they should have atleast kept a mosquito killer machine in every roomand the dining area..
This was our favorite stay in Oman. Great space in the apartment, nice fittings, very clean, very comfortable. The staff was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast -- dosas, with coconut chutney (among other things). Couldn't recommend more!
one of the best place to stay in Salalah, located in prime location. Hotel neat & clean, friendly staff. there is coffee shop adjourned with hotel. Reasonable price and high quality services. highly recommended
The room size is spacious , clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing .
They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Salalah…
The only 1 good thing about the hotel was receptionist AMR. He handled us with care. There is no other thing that we can think good about this hote. Not at all 5 star standard.
The facility, buffet breakfast and dinner was nice and above all is the sky grill where by they serve traditional Omani food especially that you are in Salalah…
