Peak season will definitely make this town more lively with more shops open. We came during early April, and the beaches are empty (which could be great if you prefer to keep the beach to yourself). The drive around the island is interesting as most roads are narrow with hills. Recommend to go with the full insurance option if it's not expensive as precocious. Its prime location in the city centre granted easy access to essential facilities. The property representatives were notably accommodating, readily available to address any concerns. One suggestion for improvement would be to seek recommendations from the property representatives for renting a motorbike, as this may lead to more cost-effective options compared to direct rental. They offer a free shuttle to town and to and from the airport. For the price you pay you get more than you would imagine. They also took us to Zuma free of charge. The hotel is run by a family, who are very welcoming and warm. It close to town but you need a car. We got a good rate on booking.com. Fabulous breakfast. Even though they don’t have an in-house cafe, they allowed us to order lunch in from a place they recommended. The food was great. Would definitely stay here again.
