Good location close to the sea, and walking distane to the old town. Big clean room, but not very cozy, and everything a bit outdated. Breakfast was ok, but selection could have been better. Ample parking place right at the hotel.

A comfy and clean, family run bed and breakfast. A shortish walk to Porec town. A good sized room with en suite bathroom and balcony. A nice touch was the provision of a drying rack on the balcony complete with pegs, ideal for wet towels and swimwear.

There is lots of things to do in Poreč. It's a lovely town with strong italian influence and the food is amazing. The access to the sea is sometimes difficult, so you need to pick the right spot. There is always something to do, so you will not get bored.

It's easy to walk round Porec - though it's a bit of a maze, so if you see something you like in a shop buy it there and then, or you might not find the shop again! We went on an evening boat trip with the company Monvi Tours - this was excellent - very friendly staff, and we even saw dolphins! We'd also recommend the Barolin Wine and Cheese Bar on Nikola Tesla street - for delicious Malvazija wine and a good range of fabulous Istrian cheeses. And excellent Istrian olive oil.

City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable.
City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable. You can have sporty vacation for all the beautiful with bike lanes between Green ian Blue Lagoon, so many walking paths under pine trees, numberous activities. You can be at the beach with lots of activities and loud music, or you can quickly find a quiet privat peace of beach, it really offers you what your heart desires. For the best local food experiance, I suggest Bacchus Vinoteka, in the old part of town.

Our initial impression was negative.
Our initial impression was negative. So much traffic and tourists, and a lot of industry put us off. But the old town blew us away! So full of character, ambience and history. Highly recommended, even if it's just for a day trip.

The restaurants provide little diversity of dishes
The restaurants provide little diversity of dishes
The is surely another way to prepare fish other then on a grill and served with washed out blitva and its not cheap either - low value for money
The shops sell cheap goods and clothing
The overpolulated icecream vendors and lack of healthy alternative
The waiters callling out for customers is ugly
Overall food and accomodation far too expensive relative to quality provided
Poor public WC facilities near city beaches considering tourist population
This apartment is amazing. So clean, so well stocked, so comfortable with a huge patio with amazing views of the sea. The location was great for us because the center of town in Porec is pretty loud and crowded (but fun!) we liked being a bit away from that, and it was only about 10-15 minutes walking to get there. If you want to stay in the middle of it all, this spot might not be the best for you, but if you want to stay somewhere quiet, clean, comfortable I'd highly recommend! Hosts were so friendly and accommodating.
We liked the location, the setup of the resort, and the access to the beach. It was apparent that the meals for each buffet were thoughtout. The hotel provided good shows in the evening that were entertaining and relaxing. We really enjoyed the Elvis impersonator. It was fun and made for a good evening of good music. The parking was easy to get to and was accessible to the hotel guests. The distance from other areas we visited was great. We spent most of the time in the local area. The access to other hotels was nice.
We were amazed. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and professional - it was a 5 star experience, not 4. All the processes were smooth, from the moment you arrive at their parking lot, to the moment they drop you off there at the end. At both breakfast and brunch, only quality food was served. The best thing of all is the avaliable resort area at the island nearby - plenty of sun loungers and different beaches and nooks of which you can choose to find what suits you best at that moment in time.
This is a spacious, modern and clean two-bedroom apartment, conveniently located in a quiet area between the Poreč city center and the Beach Parentino. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the city center and to the Beach Parentino and approximately 5 minutes to the Konzum supermarket (the one located on the Mate Vlašić street).
The owner is very kind, responsive and helpful. I highly recommended this apartment.
We loved the pool, the view, the helpful staff, the walk into Porec, the tourist train that stopped outside the hotel, the breakfast, the dinner; in short pretty much everything was good. The staff are so hardworking, and yet helpful and polite - the whole place was gleaming clean too. Many years ago we stayed at this hotel, and loved it then - I think it is even better now!
The apartment is located in the same building as the restaurant the host is running. The food was delicious and of course the convenience of having a restaurant so close is great. The apartment has recently been remodelled and has been designed with love and attention to detail. We felt very comfortable during our stay and could enjoy the old town of Porec by foot.
The process was very smooth and the host very responsive. Very clean apartment with all the amenities you need, very well thought out. The view of the sunset from the balcony also made it special. Walking distance to the town of Porec and the near by beaches. Though we stayed one night, I would recommend if for long stays too. Would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast and dinner was beyond 5* hotel. I assume top class chefs design the meals. It was amazing, and the restaurant overlooks the sea, such a magnificent experience for children and us.
Also, the pool was covered-made indoor, which was to great to have in April.
We loved the small train that connects Zelena laguna with Poreč. Brilliant facility!
Everything was just perfect, from the location to food. Staff was amazing, hotel is just beautiful, my daughter was having a lot of fun in the pools and slides. The beach is a front od hotel. Thank you Valamar. We will definitely come back.
Good location close to the sea, and walking distane to the old town. Big clean room, but not very cozy, and everything a bit outdated. Breakfast was ok, but selection could have been better. Ample parking place right at the hotel.
Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent for two adults and two kids. Kids loved their beds. Great pools, across the street from a beach (concrete/pebbles), 30 min walk/7 min train ride to Porec. Beautiful views.
It was a great time in Porec. I'd recommend this apartment as this is very much friendly comparing to big hotels in this region. We felt like being et home. Nice big ligingroom, kitchen and two bedrooms + bathroom.
Pool, food, location. Is worth to visit. We extended our stay for three days because was great! This is all inclusive hotel. Awesome rooms. AND DRINKS ALL YOU CAN DRINK))....for sure I am coming back!
Hotel is within walking distance to the old city center. Balcony with view of the harbor and Poreč city. Parking by the hotel with sun cover roof. Good breakfast.
