The room is comfortable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is very good and has a nice view from where it is served. They have an indoor pool but I was the only one using it that day, I don't think it is often used by guests. The street where the hotel is located has a lively nightlife with many restaurant and coffee shop options. There are not many tourist attractions close to the hotel but the city itself is not very touristy.

We had been driving all day and arrived to Irbid tired and hungry, so we ordered dinner via delivery from a local restaurant. When the food came, the staff were kind enough to bring it directly to our rooms and even ran back and forth between the delivery person and our rooms to give us back change.
