Very Polite and friendly staff, Jesus is a versatile front desk officer who makes sure expectations are met at all times. In general they've got one of the best Hotel staff collection I've come across in America. Breakfast was good by all standards and hygiene as the order of the day. Its a peaceful place to stay.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel/motel. False advertisement at its finest ! The pictures on the website are NOTHING like what the room really is. There were flying bugs in the sink. The lights didnt work when they did finally work they were dim then when the train went by they would flicker. The wifi did not work. Staff didn’t know what to do when I called. The breakfast was not what was displayed on the site either. Very disappointed.

I think that the owner of this accommodation changed her mind about the rental. Unfortunately, I thought the problem was a very limited check-in time of between 5 and 6 p.m. I tried to change the time, but since I was driving 400 miles during a rain storm on the West Coast, it wasn't possible to get there within the time allotted. When I tried to call the owner, she told me that the booking had been cancelled. I'm not quite sure what went wrong, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Such a pretty area!
Such a pretty area! Lots of green belts with walking trails and parks. The Spectrum shopping plaza is gorgeous! Ice skating, merry go round and Ferris wheel as well as unique climbing structure for kids, lots of great places to eat and shop in luxurious surroundings. The Santa train and village at the regional park was adorable but you need to buy tickets for the train in advance and they sell out quickly.

This LaQuinta should be demolished!
This LaQuinta should be demolished! I’m sure everyone that stays there, NEVER will be a returned customer. Read other reviews by guests. The toilet ran constantly, had to turn valve off at night. Bed cover had stains. The entry door did not lock tight, had to brace door shut with a chair. They left one regular coffee in the room. Coffee unit was not used by us because of uncleanliness.. We felt like we were lied to by the rating on the internet and the misleading photos. We booked quickly on line and didn’t read the reviews until we were checked in to the room. PLEASE, people stay away! Husband had to put towel on the bottom of the entry door because the gap was big enough for mice and other critters to come walking in. Worst night ever in a hotel !
I was given two addresses neither were apartment’s. 3337 & 3341 Michelson, Irvine. This is a scam wherein I believe people don’t want to take the time to dispute and the $ goes to someone called George. George was not available for check in, the phone # did not have a voicemail set up. He said he did get 3 emails I sent or a text message to the phone # of which I took photos on my phone. He was rude and I didn’t believe I’d ever receive a refund as he stated. I call AmEx and reported it as a scam.
Everything was ok. It is just if i need something i reach out to front desk and they are very helpful and always available with a smile.
The location is good but a little far from the restaurants and shops which you can go by car or Uber. I went to the other hotels to see the condition of their room and kitchens, this is best amongst 2 others located nearby, take my words.
It is also in a quite location.
The owner provides a good accommodation environment, parking is available, and the environment is novel. I recommend it to Irvine as an option for business trip accommodation (more than three days). The price is very reasonable and affordable. The only drawback is that the accommodation is in an apartment. You need to go to the local area to get the key for the first time. It took quite a while to get in!
The rooms are great. The decor is fun (check out your eyes in the bathroom mirror with the mirror light on). Everything is in good shape and clean. We had a ground floor on the inner courtyard near the pool and cabanas. We really liked the pool area and cabanas. They are in an enclosed courtyard with lots of plants and trees. Als, you can walk from John Wayne Airport to the hotel.
My son had a baseball tournament in Irvine and we decided to stay at Courtyard Marriott. It was a great stay! we ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The room was a great size for my family of 4. Pool was huge, mini golf, ping pong, and cornhole available for free. We drove to the Irvine Spectrum and it was a 2 minute drive. Great location!!
Great location, walking distance to Irvine Spectrum with lots of shops and restaurants, quiet community, convenient store and Starbucks right next to the building. Spacious 2b2b, next to the outdoor lounge area. In-unit washer and dryer, full function kitchen. The owner is very responsive to my questions and super helpful.
Great staff, cozy lobby, refreshing lime water at the entrance. Super comfy bed, they had lower pillows too (which is very important to me and my neck and hard to find in hotels). Room is big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and healthy! The best part is the late check out (12pm). I wish I could have stayed longer!
This property is right across the street from John Wayne Airport. We walked to this hotel with kids with no problem. It’s a perfect location if you have children. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Lots of good options within waking distance. I felt very safe . I highly recommend this property.
AC is the perfect place to stay in Irvine. The bed is comfy, the room is spacious, the gym is nicely equipped and there's a neat pool with an outside seating area. Everything you might need for a business stay.
I did stay only for a night and cant say much about it, but the hotel is below the standard in terms of cleaning and I think a touch up to the paint and exterior would def. make a big difference
