I reserved two rooms both rooms smell like sewer one room smelled worse than the other one I stay two days before a cruise in two days afterwards the first two days the smell was manageable as we were not in the room except for to sleep however after coming back for the last 2 days the smell was worse once we complained the party that was in the second bedroom was moved to another room that was worse than the first one it was unclean the carpet was dirty the curtains had burned stains the sink had stains when we complained about this the second time the lady who worked the night shift said she would give us a 10% discount but she ended up charging me instead of doing a refund after going back and forth with the day shift who did not want to correct her mistake so it wouldn't be counted against him I was able to get 10% of the second half of my stay for one room although the location was perfect being about 20 minutes from the Tampa Airport I will never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend anyone to stay hereTeresaUnited States - 10Scored 10

We booked this room because it was close to the Tampa Airport. It was great. The room was comfortable with lots of room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. And best of all the Airport was less than 15 minutes away, which was the best for our very early morning flight. Spent one evening at the Straus, a day adventure in Clearwater/Dunedin, Church in Tampa. Enjoyable. Dinner At Bon Appetite in Dunedin on Mother's Day. Delightful weekend. Downtown area by riverwalk was excellent. Lots to do. Highly recommend Si-am Thaimerican Restaurant on Franklin St. Best around. Lot's of parking available, just google lots. I would not!
I would not! The room that we stayed in was Very outdated especially for the price. The hotel had a smell of dog once you entered the lobby and smell on the floor we stayed on was even worse. The tile on celling on the floor that we stayed in was missing. We wanted a none smoking room because we do not smoke and can not stand the smell of it and the room clearly smelled of smoke and the hallway was even worse. The beds was very thin and uncomfortable. To top it off they tell you that the food and drinks are complementary, AND IT IS NOT! They charge a 200 holding fee and it will come out of that. The food was not good we had wings and they were so huge it was unbelievable we did not eat them. I even called and spoke with a gentlemen and he couldn't even explain it. He know its confusing and hard for him to explain. They also charge for daily parking. My sister and her husband stayed just down the street at the Hampton Inn and the overall hotel and especially their room was so much better. I was only there for one night before joining the cruise.
I was only there for one night before joining the cruise. I did walk to the mall, although i stood at the bus stop. I saw a bus coming but then it turned onto another street. Maybe in the future the bus route/and time and fare can be posted. I did purchase some gifts for Mother's day and had lunch in the mall.WaveneyCanada

Jordan, the front desk receptionist was exceptional! She's was so pleasant and professional. She was so willing to assist visitors as needed. This hotel is in a top location and many rooms have a beautiful night view of downtown Tampa. Dont forget to look up to the ceilings. They still show the beauty of what this hotel was like at one time.
